インドネシアランプン州で、プールのあるホテル

全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。少し離れた田舎に位置しており、アクセスは比較的困難でしたが、海と周囲の島々の景色を一望できる絶好のロケーションでした。ホテルまでのドライブも、道路は整備が行き届いており、穴もほとんどないので、それほど苦ではありませんでした。客室は設備やアメニティも素晴らしく、朝から海の景色を眺めながら目覚めるなんて、まさに夢のような体験でした。食事も全体的に悪くなく、特にビーチ沿いにあるウェイ・マノム・レストランは特筆すべき点でした。もう一つのレストラン「ハル」は、ウェイ・マノム・レストランの料理には及ばないものの、それでも水準以上の料理を提供しています。唯一残念だったのは、一般の人が演奏できるグランドピアノでした。ピアノ横の看板には「内なるショパンを解き放て」と書かれていましたが、ピアノはメンテナンスが行き届いておらず、錆びた弦と湿った鍵盤で調律も狂っており、本来のピアノの音とはかけ離れた音色を奏でていたため、演奏は不可能に思えました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。

Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint. We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us. Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food. Breakfast was great as well.

Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

Good hotel with good service. It’s a little bit of a walk from anything, but quiet and pleasant. Good breakfast!

selalu jdi langganan tiap kali kelampung pasti nginep nya disni.. slalu ambil kamar eksekutif view kolam renang .. krna biar anak” deket klo ke kolam renang.. dan bisa di pantau dari kamar.. tp kemarin agak kecewa sedkit.. dapet kamar yg agak kotor.. dan ada kerak” kuning di lantai samping tempat tidur.. jdi agak kurang nyaman pas mau tidur.. kayak nya bagian yg bersih” kamar hrs di tatar lagi kerja nya.. biar maksimal.. klo yg lain.. lumayanlah.. tq 🤗💜
