The hotel location is great and specially if you get the mountain view. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is relatively small and busy. The receptionists are friendly in general however there is one lady who was so rude and tough.

I'd heard good things about this hostel and it surpassed my expectations! The staff are so friendly and kind, the room was huge and the overall vibe in the hostel is fantastic - whenever I went into the communal area there were people to chat to and make plans with. I went on two tours organised by the hostel and both were absolutely magical, I wish I'd stayed longer to experience more. The hostel is very close to the west bus station, which is now unfortunately closed (there are buses to the new bus station(s)). There's a 24h supermarket at the end of the road and you can easily walk to Osh Bazaar or to restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be back!

Отель 10 из 10! Отличный номер, удобный матрас, большой телевизор, красивый вид из окна (а из коридора отеля на горы - вообще бесподобный), вайфай работал без проблем, персонал замечательный. Очень порадовал завтрак: большой выбор, все очень вкусно. С радостью приеду сюда ещё раз.

Самый лучший отель, чистый бассейн, обслуживание на высоте, завтраки шикарные, месторасположение идеальное!!!!

家族との滞在中、フロントデスクのスタッフは温かく思いやりのあるサービスを提供しました。彼らは私たちが高齢者や子供と一緒に旅行しているのを見たとき、ドアを開けるのを手伝うために率先して行動しました。 客室は清潔で整頓されていて広としていて、ウェットドライの独立したバスルームがあり、便利で使いやすいです。部屋には十分な暖房があり、高齢者と子供にとって居心地の良い滞在が保証されました。 ホテルは博物館と広場の近くに位置し、景勝地に出かけたり訪れるのに簡単です。私たちの子供はホテルのプールを絶対に愛していました。 全体的な滞在体験に非常に満足しました。

ホストの方がフロントに24時間いるわけではありませんでしたが、チェックインした時にはホステル内の設備を紹介してくれたり、夜遅くにWhatsAppでミニバス乗り場や次の日への目的地までの行き方を教えてくれました。

ビシュケクのほとんどすべてのホテルは費用対効果が低いため、このホテルはすでにビシュケクで非常に良いホテルとみなされています。このホテルは環境も立地も良いのですが、唯一の欠点は値段が決して安くないことです。この価格で、国内のどの都市でも非常に良いホテルを選ぶことができます。
