スリランカウヴァで、プールのあるホテル

ラヴァナ・レンジでの滞在はなかなか良かったです。一番気に入ったのは景色です。丘の上にあり、四方を雄大な山々に囲まれています。街の中心部からは遠く離れているように見えますが、レストランやショップが並ぶ通りにはすぐに降りられる近道があります。施設自体は魅力的ですが、いくつか改修が必要な箇所があります。部屋の配置は空間的にあまり合理的ではなく、あちこちにカビが見られました。それ以外は素晴らしい施設です。スタッフはとても親切で気配りが行き届いています。私が気付いた問題点（ホテルの責任ではありませんが）は、ホテルまで漂ってくる腐敗したゴミの強い臭いです。デッキからは素晴らしい景色が見えましたが、臭いのせいでほとんど外にいられませんでした。ホテルや他の事業者は、この問題の解決に最善を尽くすべきです。

スタッフの方全員とても優しく素晴らしい滞在ができました。 ビュッフェの朝食、夕食をいただきましたが、どれも美味しくスリランカ料理を楽しむことができました。 朝食時にマネージャーの方に声をかけていただきホテルのホスピタリティーよ素晴らしさが伝わってきました。 また利用したいと思います。

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.

We had 2 nights in Hotel Onrock. It's a nice hotel and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing is that the hotel is located quite high up, and the walk-up is very steep. Other than that, all was good.

バスルームの通気窓は屋外に直接つながっており、夜にライトをつけた後、蚊が飛び込んで小さなヤモリが這い込みます。部屋は湿度が高すぎて臭いがするのかもしれません。しかし、ホテルのサービスはとても良いです。オフロード車が泥の穴に引っかかって時間を遅らせたので、翌朝サファリに行きました。ホテルに戻るのは遅かった。ホテルはまた、朝食を予約する必要があるかどうかを尋ねるために電話をかけました。

This hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel. Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck. Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best. Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella.

ホテルは小さく、部屋はあまり広くありませんが、バスルームは広々としていて清潔で設備が整っています。ホテルの裏側は、特に静かな麦畑です。また、ウダワラウェ国立公園にも非常に近いです。プールの隣には大きなプールもあります。ブランコ、小さな石はクレイジーです、レストランは朝食と夕食にとても良いです、改善される必要がある唯一のことはプールがあまりきれいではなく、カエルが中を泳いでいるということです。

すべて順調です!景色は魅力的です。優れたスタッフはゲストを満足させるために最善を尽くします。 私が不安を感じているのは、2つのベッド、1つのベッドではなく、2つのベッドです。
