部屋は広くて、ワーキングスペースも洗濯物を干すスペースも便利でした。特に満足したのは、エアコンが物干しスペースに直接風を送ってくれた点です。
サービスはあまり良くありませんでした。フロントのスタッフは英語が話せず、庭側の案内係も荷物を運んでくれませんでした。
また、この辺りはあまり治安が良くないと聞いたので、外出時は注意が必要です。

部屋の設備はとても古く、部屋はとてもシンプルで、スリッパはありません、トイレタリーは持参する必要があります、エアコンの音は比較的大きいです、朝食はOKです、パンオムレツタッカーは利用可能です、ジュースはとても良いです、ホテルは市内中心部の周りにレストランはありません。ホテルのロビーでは、小さくて高価な食事を注文できます。

Desde que llegamos estaba en el pasillo cerca del elevador está bandeja, tenía un pastel y al irnos seguía ahí pero ya son pastel.
El televisor súper antigua con cable pero no sé podía ver nada porque la pantalla tenía flasheos negros.
La recamara se sentía muy encerrada pero honestamente la cama fue lo mejor, apenas la tocas y te duermes.

房間有些老舊，但是很乾凈，附近吃飯方便也有711便利店，附近有個很大的公園。總體來説值得推薦，早餐也非常好吃。

RRivi AriestaI recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service.
My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight!

SSARA GABRIELAIt's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable.
It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day.
Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state.
For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect.
Service was impecable,I'm grateful.
It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well.
Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

サービス：ごく普通。朝食はメキシコ風で、肉料理と野菜料理が日替わりで提供されますが、味は普通です。出来立てのオムレツとタルコは、メキシコ特有の辛さと酸味が効いています。中国人の宿泊客は、キッチンで目玉焼きと醤油を注文できます。
環境：最高の立地です。ホテルの10メートル裏にOxxoコンビニエンスストアがあり、さらに30メートル奥には品揃え豊富な大型のOxxoがあります。コンベンション センターまではタクシーで 15 分、ショッピング モール、小さな商品市場、セルフサービスのコインランドリーはすべて徒歩 10 分以内です。

ゲゲストEl primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

RReaishenghuodemoumoumou因為中轉所以停留了一晚，出機場的時候給酒店打電話接機，五分鐘就解決了，房間製冷機聲音確實很吵，床品還行，很軟，適合我。浴室洗澡設計不合理，洗完澡水全部流到房間裏了，比較無語，早餐還行，送機也是很方便，僅僅衹是中轉的話總體來説還是可以的
