私はこの古いホテル、完璧なロケーション、仏教と温かいサービスが本当に好きです。メキシコのサービスは本当にとても良いです。エグゼクティブフロアが設定されており、スナックコーヒーの朝食は無料です。サービスは本当に素晴らしいので、人はより多くのチップを投げるしかありません。

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

離奇琴伊察金字塔景區不遠，酒店有車接送往返，而且司機很友善，還開車送我們去鎮區地道餐廳享用晚餐，不會多收費用或要求小費。 酒店設施不錯，有大泳池。 早餐在酒店前院，不是自助餐，但也算好吃，夠飽。不過要給一點小費。 餐廳晚餐也不俗，墨西哥餐不算貴。

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Me gustó todo la verdad. Es un hotel muy completo y con un precio muy competitivo. El desayuno me gustó mucho por la variedad para el precio que tenía. Muy recomendable!

2024年1月にレジデンス イン メリダに1か月滞在しました。ロケーションとサービスが気に入りました。ギャラリア モール、コストコ、大型食料品店のすぐ近くです。R72のバスでメリダ中心部まで行けるので、車を持っていない人や運転したくない人には便利です。部屋は清潔で、フルキッチンが備わっています。朝食も含まれています。フロントデスクのスタッフも親切です。マヤ遺跡とセノーテへのプライベート日帰り旅行を2回手配してくれました。唯一お勧めしたいのは、朝食の質を上げて選択肢を増やすことです。朝食の種類はあまり多くありません。冷蔵庫は夜は少しうるさいです。

Hôtel très bien situé mais pas facile du tout pour se garer La piscine est très agréable très bien entretenue. L'accueil a été rapide La chambre est propre par contre le matelas est dur comme une planche de bois. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix, une chambre pour passer la nuit.

これは、Hacienda Sacnicte での 2 回目の滞在でした。私の最初の滞在は 2 年前でした。ゴージャスで平和で魅力的な場所です。文字通り、魂に静けさをもたらします。素晴らしくフレンドリーなサービス、美しく提示された夕食のための素晴らしい料理、素晴らしい朝食が含まれています。私の唯一の問題は、この旅行では、水圧がほぼゼロで、シャワーにお湯がなかったことです。それは残念だった。しかし、私はこの魔法の場所への脱出を強くお勧めします。

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
