ゲゲストホテルはヘネラル・ルナの中心部から遠すぎず、近すぎず、とても静かな環境です。近くにはレストランやサーフスクールがあり、ビーチへはリゾートを経由して、または直接（遊歩道がいくつかあるので）アクセスできます。サービスは控えめで効率的です。朝食も満足のいくものでした。
部屋は清潔で設備も充実していますが、築年数が経っているのが分かります（錆びた配管など）。最近建てられたホテルなのに、少し奇妙です。ベッドは質が良く、エアコンは効きが良く、とても静かです。部屋間の連絡が取れる「ファミリールーム」がないのは残念です。
総じて、滞在するのに良い場所です。

MMarius12345The boutique hotel provides decent accommodation in Butuan. However, the indoor air quality was a major concern for us. The windows on the second floor are locked, and there is no possibility of proper room ventilation. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of scented cleaning products, and one could feel the VOCs irritating the nose and airways. The room does not provide face towels, and if you ask for one, you can rent it for 70 pesos per day. Toiletries were provided upon arrival, but we did not receive more toothpaste when the small initial one ran out, nor additional soap. Several times a day, there are power blackouts, usually lasting only a few minutes. Overall, the place falls short in terms of hospitality and indoor air quality. On the positive side, it is clean, the room is spacious, and the air conditioning works well.

The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions.
Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

＞ We stayed at Ferra Resort for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated.
They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday.
We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel.
The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon.
We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days.
The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

AAlbert0 traveller全体的にとても良いリゾートでした。メインストリートに面しており、主要な観光スポットやナイトライフにも近いです。この通り沿いの特定の場所（レストランやクラウドナインビーチなど）までは、無料のトゥクトゥクサービスがあります。リゾートにはプライベートの小さなビーチもあります。ヴィラには扇風機とエアコンが備わっており、バスルームにはシャワーが2つあります。1つは室内、もう1つは屋外にあり、これは素敵です。ただし、シャワーヘッドは水垢取りが必要で、そうすればもっと快適なシャワーになるでしょう。
道路に近いヴィラはかなり騒がしいのでご注意ください。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、プールサイドで提供されます。
公式チェックイン時間の午後2時より前に到着し、たとえヴィラが準備できていたとしても、鍵を受け取るには追加料金を支払う必要があります。

SSai Lingatong先日、アマラホテルに宿泊し、素晴らしい体験をしました。到着した瞬間から、スタッフは温かく迎えてくれ、丁寧で、いつでも喜んでお手伝いしてくれました。チェックイン手続きもスムーズで迅速で、滞在の雰囲気は良好でした。
部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、快適なベッド、清潔なリネン、Wi-Fiの高速接続、広々としたバスルームなど、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。無料のボトルウォーターやバスアメニティなど、心遣いも嬉しかったです。
アマラホテルのハイライトの一つは、その雰囲気です。モダンでありながら家庭的な雰囲気で、忙しい一日の後にリラックスするのに最適な空間です。レストランでは、リーズナブルな価格で様々な料理を美味しく提供してくれました。朝食は特に満足のいくもので、地元料理と各国料理の両方を楽しむことができました。
立地面でも、ホテルは主要スポットに近い便利な場所にあり、周辺を散策するのに便利です。交通機関も便利で、近くにはショップやカフェもあります。

WWorkHardToTravelKalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal).
The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike.
I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.

MMonalizaEverything was great. Prime location and you can escape to the beach in just a few steps. Kudos to receptionist Jem and guard Kuya Mike fas they’re very accommodating and friendly all throughout my stay. I wish there were signages on closing the door slowly though as some foreigners dont mind their own manners when sharing quarters. Some throw their tissues in the toilet and dont tend to flush it, not sure if it’s their culture but something Mad Monkey has no control over. Bonus points on having a lot of bathroom to choose from. They also offer FREE SHOTS at the bar during night party. I booked the bunk through Trip.com for only 648 pesos. When I tried yo extend my stay, it’ll cost me more than 3 times more. So book ahead at trip.com for cheaper prices.
