Хороший отель. Отличное расположение, рядом с центром города. Уютный небольшой отель. Красивый вид из окна на океан и порт. От завтрака много ожидать не стоит, завтрак не выше среднего. Сам отель понравился, вернемся в него еще.

Boa escolha, boa relação preço qualidade. Nada a apontar. O hotel já tem alguns anos mas é prático e confortável. Tem tudo o que é necessário e está suficientemente atualizado. Ex limpo e grande e quartos confortáveis. Não tomei o peq almoço porque saímos às 5h30 por isso não posso relatar, mas no geral, fiquei agradada e repetiria.

Para el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta.
La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies.

Tivemos uma óptima estadia neste hotel durante as nossas férias em família de três dias em Ponta Delgada! Desde a receção calorosa até ao conforto das instalações, tudo foi perfeito. Os quartos eram espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados, proporcionando-nos um excelente descanso depois de dias a explorar os Açores.
O pequeno-almoço era variado e delicioso, com opções para todos os gostos. A localização do hotel também foi um grande ponto positivo, permitindo-nos fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade.
Além disso, a simpatia e disponibilidade da equipa fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendamos e para onde gostaríamos de voltar!

Bel hotel , bien qu'un peu vieux. Les piscines interieurs etvexterieurs sont super. Par contre le restaurant, en particulier les buffets du soir, sont trés decevants et pas du tout au niveau de l'hotel.

美しい島の絶好のロケーション。海の景色を望む部屋を手に入れ、ボートが入ってくるのを見るのが最善です。おいしい朝食にはたくさんの選択肢と素晴らしい新鮮な果物があります。スタッフは皆とても快適で、幸せを広めました。
素晴らしいプールは細心の注意を払って清潔に保たれました。雨が降るとホットタブとホットサウナ。R3道路の向かいにあるレストラン。正面に沿って町とマリーナを穏やかに散歩してください。

良いサービス、フレンドリーなスタッフ、朝食はOKです。ホテルは桟橋の隣にあり、大西洋に面しています。場所は素晴らしいです。市内中心部では、食事が簡単です。欠点は、1泊12ユーロの駐車料金です。ホテルにはウェイターの駐車場があり、態度は良いです。

Уютный, тихий отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал. От аэропорта 10 минут на такси. Есть бассейн, сауна, джакузи, можно погреться после прохладной зимней прогулки. Персонал помогает с организацией экскурсий, это очень здорово. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия на завтраке, но голодным не останешься. Спасибо за гостеприимство 🤗

サン ミゲルは素晴らしい場所であり、アンティリア ホテルは島を探索するための素晴らしい拠点でした。レストラン、博物館、港、その他のミーティング ポイントはすべて徒歩圏内でした。また、朝食は素晴らしかった-非常に良い値。

NNodynessoThe check-in was the most problematic part. I hadn't received any instructions from the host (also not in spamfolder) how to unlock the entry gate to the property. It was already getting dark and the host was also not reachable by telephone. Monica from Trip customer service eventually managed to forward the necessary entry codes to me (many thanks for the assistance!).
++ The room was spacious and convenient, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were clean and there were enough towels. For those who like to watch TV: a huge flatscreen with plenty of channels. The shared patio with a little swimming pool is very nice with beautiful sea view. The property is quietly situated at a 15 minute walk from the centre of Angra.
-- No written instructions (e.g. WiFi password) or general information (amenities) available. There are shared facilities in the property and the kitchen can be used for preparing meals (self catering). Although the reservation mentioned breakfast included, there was no fresh bread brought in. Not the end of the world but better not mention it as an option. Also unclear if items in refrigerator belong to other guests (self caterers) or are for general use so we didn't touch any. The host was not available by telephone for questions and also never responded to my initial calls on the day of check in. The room was in the basement and from time to time some smell from the sewer pipes lingers in the room.

ゲゲストThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!

ゲゲストWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

ゲゲストI WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

PPBMLocation is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.
