第一次到南非，第一次到德班出差，南非朋友推薦的酒店，位置距離機場30公里，距離德班港口約10分鐘車程。位置還算方便，酒店旁邊有配套的娛樂城吃飯電影賭場，內部通道連接酒店一樓。步行走到陽光海岸沙灘3分鐘。訂的海景房間面積稍微有點緊湊，一個人住足夠，兩個人住的話可能稍微小了點。
傳統英式酒店服務，環境乾淨整潔，服務員黑人兄弟姐妹文明有禮貌，尤其對於中國人來講，這裏酒店服務印象深刻。

美しい景色.... ”The View”をその名前として見ることができる良い場所です。ショッピングコンプレックス、ガソリンスタンドに近く、ビーチまで車で5分、ビーチに近く、ビーチビュー、トティビーチ全体で食事ができるレストランもあります。それも近いガレリアモールへ。

I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable.
Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable!
The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable.
My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space.
The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

”This place was an absolute gem! The room was spotless and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it.”

Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue.
We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel.
1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve
2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary
3. False Bay
4. Bayete Elephant Interaction
This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors.
Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

まず第一に、ポジティブな点:場所はとても美しく、部屋は広として快適で清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーです。美味しいレストランで夕食を注文できました。場所も安全です。
欠点: このBnBは結婚式の会場として機能します(これは絶妙です)。 ただし、結婚式が行われている場合、BnBは個人が部屋を予約することを許可してはいけません。空港に近いようにこのBnBを選びましたが、結婚式のパーティーが早朝に続き、部屋はまったく防音でなかったので、一瞬も眠れませんでした。
空港シャトルがあると宣伝していたので、私は特にこのBnBを予約しました。しかし、実際にはBnB自体がこれを行わないことを知って失望しました。彼らは空港まで20分でばかげたR600を請求するシャトルサービスを呼びます!

This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!

We arrived late and had some trouble getting in the gate but as soon as I emailed and my husband honked the gates opened. We were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. Was a beautiful home and we were in a double room for me my husband my step daughter her fiancé and one year old daughter so a bit squishy but slept the night very well in comfy beds. We had to leave early and they let me use their kitchen to make smoothies for my husband and I. My step daughter and her little family stayed for the breakfast which they enjoyed, very sweet little dining room, lovely communal areas to gather in. We found ourselves the only ones using these. Would be very happy to return if ever passing through the bay again.
