We had an amazing stay at this hotel—it was my boyfriend’s first time visiting Durban, and this place completely blew his mind! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel welcome, even surprising us with a free room upgrade.
Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Durban. The location was unbeatable: just steps away from fantastic restaurants (we were spoiled for choice!), the beach, and even attached to a mall for ultimate convenience.
Whether you’re looking for luxury, convenience, or just a stunning getaway, this hotel delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well.
I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

Very average service received. Room service closes at 11pm!!! Why offer it then? At least 2am gives you a chance should you miss the normal restaurants that close at around 11pm. Sad that a simple request for X2 decent size glasses and some ice can't be followed or done at 11:30pm... Instead I received 1 glass and absolutely no mention of the ice... It's the little things that make the stay enjoyable.

外国人観光客には友好的ではありません。フロントデスクは、滞在前に料金を支払う必要があります。注文はチェックイン後に支払われます。私は彼に説明を聞きません。最後に、料金を繰り返し、長い間調整します。返金はまだ完了していません。また、旅程が変更されたときにチェックアウトを交渉したいと思っていたので、態度も非常に厳しいものでした。

KKeshinホテルはビーチに簡単にアクセスできる好立地にあります。残念ながら、部屋自体は非常に小さく、特に請求される価格で。朝食も限られていました。ホテルのサービスは良かった。ルームサービスを介して利用可能なおいしい食べ物24/7。午前1時に素晴らしいマトンウサギがいて、本当にその場に当たった!!!

MMegan SinghI recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable.
Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable!
The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable.
My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

MMiss T.I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Umhlanga with easy access to everything. The room was lovely and super comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet was amazing,delicious and with plenty of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, the restaurant was way too hot. It felt like everyone was trying to grab a fan, and I honestly think they should either switch on the AC or find a better solution for cooling the space.
The pool was nice and well-maintained, and it’s heated, but honestly, it felt a bit strange to swim in a hot pool during summer. I think the heated pool would be much more enjoyable during the cooler months, like in winter. Another downside is that they close the pool way too early….7 pm is pretty unreasonable, especially in a place like Umhlanga where you want to enjoy the evenings.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with great amenities, but the restaurant temperature and early pool closure definitely need some attention.

PPinkGirlAnew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue.
We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel.
1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve
2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary
3. False Bay
4. Bayete Elephant Interaction
This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors.
Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

ゲゲストまず第一に、ポジティブな点:場所はとても美しく、部屋は広として快適で清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーです。美味しいレストランで夕食を注文できました。場所も安全です。
欠点: このBnBは結婚式の会場として機能します(これは絶妙です)。 ただし、結婚式が行われている場合、BnBは個人が部屋を予約することを許可してはいけません。空港に近いようにこのBnBを選びましたが、結婚式のパーティーが早朝に続き、部屋はまったく防音でなかったので、一瞬も眠れませんでした。
空港シャトルがあると宣伝していたので、私は特にこのBnBを予約しました。しかし、実際にはBnB自体がこれを行わないことを知って失望しました。彼らは空港まで20分でばかげたR600を請求するシャトルサービスを呼びます!

ゲゲストThis place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!
