Staff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

Hotel calme et proche de tout. Demandez à ce que votre chambre ne soit pas trop loin de l'entrée principale sinon la marche vous sera longue avant chaques sorties. Le petit dejeuner est genial (la mangue est dingue) et la vue sur l'amazonie est juste à couper le souffle. La piscine est bien appreciable au vu du climat chaud et humide. J'ai cependant ete moins fan du portrait de marie curie grandeur XXL sur les murs de ma chambre mais c'est une simple question de gout. C'est un tres bel hotel dans son ensemble et le personnel est super sympathique (certains parlent anglais en plus). Je reprendrais cet hotel si je devais revenir sur Belem.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.
