カナダケベック州で、スパのあるホテル

すべてが素晴らしかった。夫と私は彼らのローシーズンに2泊しました。ホテルはきれいで、部屋は素晴らしく、スタッフはとても親切で私たちのニーズに気を配っていました。  訪問当時は屋外の火のピットが建設中で、オフサイトのゴンドラは修理のため閉鎖されましたが、スタッフはハイキングで村を探索することを勧め、近くの他のアクティビティについてアドバイスをしてくれました。 ネックレスも失いましたが、見つかりませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフは思いやりがあり、それを見つけるためにあらゆる努力をし、私と効果的にコミュニケーションを取りました。

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it. The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned. The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you. The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

本当にがっかりしました。スパは不衛生でした。 水は緑色で、とても悪臭がしました。そのため、私たちはそこでリラックスすることができませんでした。プールの水は大丈夫でした。彼女はあまりはっきりしていませんでした。 私の部屋にはシャワーカーテンがなく、エアコンは一晩中15度で、部屋が十分に冷えませんでした。 このホテルは値段の価値が全くありません。

**ロケーションとアクセス：** ホテル・ボナベンチャー・モントリオールは、モントリオール中央駅の向かい側という便利な場所に位置しています。荷物をお持ちの方は、中央駅のボナベンチャー広場出口から出て道路を渡るとホテルへの車寄せに着きます。地下道を通ることもできますが、エスカレーターや階段が多く、地上を歩くよりも距離が長くなります。 **地下鉄アクセス：** 一部の人が思っているのとは異なり、地下鉄ボナベンチャー駅はホテルの真下ではありません。地下鉄駅までは約300～500メートル地下を歩く必要がありますので、計画的にご利用ください。 **客室に関するヒント：** 歩く距離を最小限に抑えたい場合は、レセプションに近い部屋をリクエストしてください。ホテルは2階建てで、敷地も広いです。私たちの部屋はレセプションから遠く、疲れた一日の後に長い距離を歩く必要がありました。 **アメニティ:** ホテルのプールは人気があり、混雑していることが多いですが、10階にあるアヒルの噴水が魅力的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。ただし、客室にもフロントにも水は用意されていません。私たちは中央駅でウォーターボトルに水を補充しなければなりませんでした。 **Wi-Fi:** Wi-Fi接続は素晴らしく高速で、快適に接続できました。 全体的に、ホテル・ボナベンチャー・モントリオールは交通機関へのアクセスが便利で、魅力的なアメニティも充実しており、快適な滞在を楽しめます。ただし、多少の歩行を覚悟し、飲料水はご持参ください。

昔ながらのホテルでした。 古いですが、管理は比較的うまくいっています。 スタッフも全員親切です。 特に人種差別を感じていませんでした。 吹いて使用だけ強要するという感じないですよ。 朝食のメニューが多くはありませんが、個々の品目がすべて美味しかったです。コーヒーとジュースを基本にしてください。 客室内のトイレは多少狭いです。日本級トイレのレベルです。到着した日の夕方から給湯が中断され、翌朝まで洗うことができず、供給開始された時点からも緑がたくさん出て苦労しました。フィルターがすぐに見つかりました。チェックアウト時にフロントスタッフが適切に対応してくれました。 あまりにも有名なホテルだと思うとかっこいいという基本感がありますね。東洋人は滞在中に見えなかった。ホテル周辺にも見どころが多く、市内中心部にも徒歩で移動できます。鬼の丘から見下ろす景色が終わります。雪と氷で覆われたセントローレンス川を生前また見ることができるかと思いますね。ロビーやトイレ、ダイニングルームなどの共用施設はよく管理され、快適でお勧めです。ホテル内商店街を利用してみませんでしたが特色ありました。客室に余裕がある場合は、レートチェックアウトも追加料金なしでしてくれるようです。スケジュールがタイトなので利用はしませんでしたがお勧めです。全体的に満足のいく宿泊でした。

姉と私はトロントで息子を訪ねたばかりで、モントリオールに行くことにしました。2部屋予約しました。 ロイヤル・ヨーク・フェアモントでの経験は最悪でした。サービスの遅さを懸念していると伝えたところ、ロビーラウンジのカレンに追い出されてしまいました。 QEには全く期待していなかったからです。チェックイン時、カウンターには3人のスタッフがいました。そのうち2人は気さくに会話を交わし、1人は私たちの対応に駆けつけてくれました。しかし、スタッフ同士が客の前でおしゃべりするのは、全くプロフェッショナルではないと思いました。 部屋は簡素で清潔です。立地は中心部です。しかし、スタッフは温かさや気配りが全く感じられませんでした。アジアでは、このレベルのホテルなら温かく迎えてくれ、もっと良いホテルなら名前を覚えてくれるはずです。 モントリオールのレストランのサービスは一流です。長い歴史を持つレストランをいくつか訪れましたが、スタッフは誇りを持って歴史を説明してくれました。フェアモントにはカナダでも有数の歴史的建造物がいくつかあるのに、スタッフがその建物の歴史を語ることに全く関心を示さなかったのは残念です。 ダイヤモンド会員になるために、私は何度も旅行しました。今後はフェアモントとその加盟ホテルに宿泊することは避けます。

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.

We booked for Christmas. We had one of the old rooms facing the slope. Nice view.  The hotel was at capacity and it showed. Restaurants were full and many eating in the hallways. Regardless the service was excellent and the environment was good.  The location is excellent and convenient. The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast is good. Restaurant a bit pricey but good. However you can go in town with the car to find a nice range of food.
