This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

We had a wonderful stay at Seda Club Hotel Granada. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — Laura and Chillia (sorry I forgot the pronouncation) at reception were warm, welcoming, and very professional both check in and check out. The bar and breakfast team made our visit a pleasure, and the gentleman who helped with my luggage was equally attentive and professional. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning interior that feels both stylish and comfortable. Amenities are thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality, adding to the overall experience. I also have to mention that they make an outstanding Negroni at the bar — definitely one of the best I’ve had! Please do check out their stairs. Overall, Seda Club Hotel Granada combines top-notch service with elegant design and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

ホテルの場所は最大の利点です。セビリアの旧市街中心部にあり、徒歩で探索するのに最適です。すべての主要なアトラクション、レストラン、魅力的な通りはすぐ近くでした。しかし、部屋自体は非常に小さく、自然光が不足していたため、少し窮屈に感じました。全体的に、場所が最優先事項である場合、それは良いオプションですが、部屋の中の快適さを改善することができます。また、レセプションにはコーヒーショップもあり、簡単な朝食にとても便利です。

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience. When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes. I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available. I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.

ホテルはとても清潔で快適でした。タオルと寝具は毎日交換されます。 毎日部屋に水のボトルが残っています。お茶とコーヒーもあります。 私たちは朝食しか食べませんでしたが、選択は素晴らしい料理、大陸、シリアル、フルーツコーヒー、ジュースでした。 スタッフは皆とても楽しく、喜んで助けてくれました。 プールはきれいでしたが寒かった 唯一のダウンポイントは、バーやレストランまでの距離でした ホテルはトレモリノスの静かな場所にあるので、少し散歩してください。しかし、素敵なビーチの真向かい 雨が降った日を除いて、一週間天気は良かった 素晴らしい休日です。

朝食が美味しいって誰が言ったんですか？ひどすぎました。部屋のタイプも普通で、清潔さだけは許容範囲でしたね。専用駐車場はなく、ホテルの向かいに17ユーロで停められる駐車場があるものの、そこへ行くには大きくUターンしなければなりません。USB充電ポートも壊れていました。清潔さ以外は全てごく普通です。観光スポットまではどれも1kmくらいで、近いとは言えません。

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. Het 2-slaapkamerappartement is een aanrader! Vriendelijk personeel, prachtig zwembad met toezicht en een compleet uitgerust appartement met goede matrassen. Voor badhanddoeken bij het zwembad moet betaald worden. We besloten nog een extra nacht te verblijven en kregen een upgrade naar een accommodatie grenzend aan het zwembad. Appt 28C.

スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、アパートは隅々まで清潔で、立地も最高でした。料金も非常にリーズナブルで、大満足です。必ずまた利用します！

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional – beautifully presented, full of flavor, and of the highest quality. What truly made this evening unforgettable, however, was the incredible service. A very special thank you to Pablo, Oliver, and Felipe, who all did a phenomenal job. They were exceptionally attentive, welcoming, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Their hospitality and dedication made all the difference and turned a great dinner into a truly memorable experience. Thank you for such an amazing evening. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

強くお勧めします！アルハンブラ宮殿のすぐ隣という最高のロケーション。部屋は広くてヨガマットまで付いています！何よりアルハンブラ宮殿まで徒歩7～8分！本当に近いです！ 追伸：フロントでぎこちないスペイン語を少し話してしまったのですが、スタッフはスペイン語だけで対応してくれて、ツアーもスペイン語で案内してくれました。私の会話力に褒められ続け、とても温かく迎えてくれたので、思わず自信がつきました！ お腹には、朝食が最高でした！ハムとフレッシュチーズが美味しかったです。追伸：白米も付いていました（笑）。アジア人の胃にはぴったりですね！
