ロケーション:パルマ中心街から20分は歩くが立地はいいと思う サービス:地下にスパ、4Fにはバーとプールがあってとてもオシャレ 清潔度:とても清潔。掃除は行き届いてるとおもう。 アメニティ:タオル、ドライヤー、シャンプーなどはあった。それ以外は色々ないが、エコのためとのこと。フロントに言えばもらえる。 総合すると、とても良いホテルだと思うので日本人にオススメです。

イビサ島での素晴らしい家族旅行、ただし改善の余地あり 私たち家族は先日、1週間の休暇中にイビサ島にあるこの5つ星ホテルで4泊の素晴らしい滞在を満喫しました。総じて大変満足しており、この島を訪れる他の家族連れにもこのホテルを強くお勧めします。 良かった点： 便利な立地：空港に近いことは大きな利点で、特に家族旅行では、到着と出発がスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。 完璧な清潔さ：客室から共用エリアまで、ホテル全体の清潔さが常に高い基準を満たしていることに感銘を受けました。こうした細部への配慮が、私たちの滞在を本当に素晴らしいものにしてくれました。 質の高い食事：ホテルのレストランでは、使用されている食材の品質の高さがすべての食事に表れていました。提供される美味しく新鮮な料理を心から楽しみました。 素晴らしいスタッフサービス：私たちが出会ったスタッフは皆、非常にフレンドリーで親切、そしてプロフェッショナルでした。質の高いサービスを提供しようとする彼らの献身的な姿勢のおかげで、私たちは温かく迎えられ、きちんと対応されていると感じました。 改善点： レストランのスタッフ配置：ピーク時の食事時間帯には、メインレストランのスタッフが不足しているように感じました。そのため、残念ながら行列ができていました。この問題に対処すれば、すべてのお客様のお食事体験が大幅に向上するでしょう。 日中のアクティビティの少なさ：オフシーズンの滞在だったことが原因かもしれませんが、日中にもっと多くのアクティビティを提供して、お客様を楽しませることができたのではないかと思います。 スパのサービス内容：スパのご利用が客室料金に含まれておらず、パッケージに追加することもできなかったのは、少し残念でした。スパをパッケージ料金に含めたり、オプションとして追加したりしていただければ、さらに充実したものになると思います。 マイナス面： 滞在中、特にマイナス面はありませんでした。 全体： 上記の小さな改善点はありましたが、私たち家族はこのホテルでの滞在に非常に満足しました。これらの点が改善されれば、今後ご宿泊されるお客様にも、きっと素晴らしい体験をしていただけると確信しています。次回イビサ島を訪れる際には、ぜひまたここに泊まることを検討したいと思います。

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Ein sehr schönes Hotel,in dem alles passte für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ibiza.Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet,Sauberkeit top,Frühstück sehr gut,Nähe zu Hafen,Flughafen und Altstadt für uns optimal

Grundsätzlich sehr freundliches Personal mit wenigen Ausnahmen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war okay. Überall ein paar lange schwarze Haare, die nicht von mir sind, aber das kennt man ja. Nichts dramatisches. All Inclusive Buffet bietet normales Kantinenessen, nichts besonderes, aber man wird sehr gut satt, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Leider waren die Gabeln immer alle und konnten auch nicht innerhalb von 15 Minuten nachgeliefert werden. Ich musste stets mit dem großen Löffel essen. Ganztags Snacks, Eis und Drinks an der Snackbar. Abends nur zwei Bedingungen an der einzigen Getränkebar ist für ein AI-Hotel deutlich zu wenig! 20 Minuten anstehen für ein Getränk ist unzumutbar! Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Safe kostet extra. Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Am Pool werden die Hälfte der Liegen stundenlang mit Handtüchern reserviert, weil die Sonne erst 13 Uhr rumkommt und keiner vormittags im Schatten liegen möchte. Nachmittags dafür großer Andrang. Insgesamt aus meiner Sicht einen durchschnittliches AI-Hotel mit überdurchschnittlichen Preisen in der Hauptsaison.

部屋の匂いはとても大きいです。寝る前に窓を開ける必要があります。数日間滞在した後、私は1日の水をあげます。他の水はレストランで購入できます。冬には開いているお店はあまりありません。駐車場は1日17ユーロで、ビュッフェディナーは25人です。飲み物、子羊は特に硬いものを食べることができません、夜の野菜サラダは朝ほど新鮮ではなく、プールは暖かくなく、冬は泳げません。

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de
