The building is a bit old but the room is pretty big, very comfortable. The cleanliness is an issue in most of hotels in the island, not the best. The first day the floor got many hairs and dirt on the floor, the second day was well cleaned, maybe they lack of attention of details. The pool is very nice, but forget about relax, the music is loud and the selection is very commercial. There are QR codes everywhere, everything is on sale, whatever around you. The general experience was good.

The breakfast was really good and well organized. There are lots of activities you can do in the hotel (pool, sauna, spa, gym, table tennis, billiard and other games) and the golf area around looks great from above (I don't play golf though). The beach and other sights (e.g. Siam park) are close by and easy accessable by car or taxi The room was huge but needs some renovation (e.g. there was a broken flagstone in my bath room and a rupture on the couch)

Villa del Conde is a gem and amazing hotel, with huge rooms and plenty to do. Great location near multiple popular beaches and its hidden treasure is the Spa. Highly recommend it for solo travelers like me, or couples looking to be pampered.

とても素敵なホテルをお勧めします。施設は特に新しいものではありませんが、すべてが利用可能です。その年の基準は非常に高く、部屋は広く、お湯は十分で、大きなバルコニーがあり、ウェルカムフルーツがあります。ホテルにはプールのある独立した庭があり、庭はとても素敵です。朝食はとても豊富で、料理は完全です。場所はビーチに少し歩く特別な場所ではありません。その隣にはバス停もあります。街から車で直接夜まで行くのもとても便利です。徒歩圏内に空港への直通バスもあります。

Hotel nel complesso molto buono: pulito, staff cordiale e situato nel centro città nella zona pedonale. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma abbiamo provato il rooftop: vista davvero molto bella e i cocktail preparati da Virginia sono deliziosi. Unica pecca: non c'è il parcheggio privato dell'albergo, ma in 5 minuti a piedi si trova un'area parcheggio gratuita molto grande.

Pool and beach are all excellent. But limited choice for restaurants, and some staffs treat Asian people drastically different from white people, obviously racist. The position is not optimal for sure, but tolerable if you do not plan to go out. The room had a strong musty smell, even during the whole night. 徒有虚表。

ゲゲストSanta Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable. A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled. Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe. In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative. It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice. Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

CClarestaBest 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

ゲゲスト私が泊まった最も美しい4つ星の1つである美しい景色のホテル、彼自身はダアナへの特別な旅行の価値があります。とても清潔でよく装飾されています(私の部屋には美しいソファがあり、座っているプライベートビュービルは美しいです)。ソファや図書館のサロン、レストラン、景色の大きいテラス、景色のプールの庭などの美しい共通スペースがあります。この4つ星ホテルで最高の朝食を作りました。地元の製品、高品質ではない、早朝の台所、サロン、地元のマウンテンミルク、高品質のキャンディーなど、パドスのロゴが付いた白。

DDouglas Jamesホテルが停電の対象となったように、私たちは到着しました。若い男の受付係は停電のためにドアの鍵が機能しなかったので私たちを部屋に連れて行ってくれました。約5分後にレセプションで電気が戻ったが、誰かが部屋ごとに部屋の供給をリセットする必要があった。2時間ほど後、暗闇の中で荷物を開けることができず、レセプションまでいくつかのトラックを走らせ、優先順位を決めたと言われたので、あきらめて4時間30分のフライトの後、着た服を着て夕食に出かけました。他のホテルは明らかに同じ通りに影響を受けました。 私たちが夕食から戻ったときにこの問題がソートされたら、すべてが素晴らしかったです。素敵な朝食、モルトンブラウンのシャワージェル、シャンプー、ハンドソープ、ローション付きの素敵な部屋。素敵なプールとサンベッドを得るのに問題はありません。ビーチや砂丘まで歩いてすぐですが、上下にたくさんの階段があります。また、素晴らしいショップから素晴らしいレストランやバーまで必要なものがすべて揃ったユムボショッピングセンターまで徒歩10分です。LGBTQが会うのに最適な場所であり、人が見るのに最適な場所です。 絶対にお勧め

CChristinewanWe stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again.
