Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.

Everything is great about the hotel: Hospitality, place, amenities, food, cleanliness, customer service, location, natural surroundings. Bacho is one kind of reception staff, so polite. He generously provided bigger room & extra free dinner for two persons for two nights. Very grateful for him & the stay in general👍 Recommended

Природа,погода и сам отель понравились настолько,что мы продлили проживание в нем-и не пожалели!Завтраки,СПА центр и такой чистоты и дошеаногр отношения вы в Бакуриани не найдете.За четыре дополнительных дня мы объехали все окрестности,детские парки,изучили узкоколейку Кукушка и поднялись на вершину посмотрели Бакуриани с высоты птичьего полета

Ein wirklich wunderbares Hotel! Die Lage ist super, viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe und alles ist bequem zu erreichen. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Hotel war mal bestimmt super, ist aber seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr gepflegt und fällt langsam auseinander. Das fängt mit einer aus dem Türstock fallenden Badezimmertür oder aus der Wand gerissenen Steckdose an und geht bei nicht überstrichenen Wasserflecken an der Wand und vielen nicht funktionstüchtigen Bereichen im SPA weiter. Die Reinigung vom Hotel war allerdings super, es bräuchte aber einen Hausmeister mit mehr Budget, der Reparaturen durchführt. Zu unserem Aufenthalt wurde die Gasleitung getauscht und es gab somit keine Heizung oder Warmwasser. Das wurde uns nicht darüber im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, lediglich auf Nachfrage, dass der Whirlpool nicht geheizt wäre. Dieses Fehlen an Kommunikation ist nicht okay. Wir haben eine Erstattung für den Aufenthalt von trip.com bekommen.

Очень приятное и душевное место. Главные плюсы — идеальная чистота, всё новенькое и отличная тишина. Отдельный плюс за косметику: турецкий шампунь Rythm оказался настолько качественным и так круто моет волосы, что мы даже искали, где купить такой домой. Завтраки не брали. Единственный нюанс — отель находится на горке, так что, хоть всё и рядом, подъем требует некоторых усилий. В целом место замечательное!

Это конечно не 5 звезд. Очень маленький номер. Очень холодно. Очень сильно пахло постоянно неприятно. Отдельный большой бонус-спа. Это да. Но для такого маленького города неоправданно дорогой отель. Без вида на крепость.

واجهت مشكلة عند تسجيل الوصول، حيث لم يتم التعرف على الحجز المدفوع مسبقًا عن طريق موقع Trip.com، وأصرّ الفندق على أن الحجوزات المعتمدة لديهم تتم فقط عبر تطبيق Booking. بعد عدة محاولات استغرقت حوالي 20 دقيقة، تم العثور على الحجز أخيرًا. لاحظت أيضًا أن جميع الغرف لا تحتوي على مكيف هواء، لذا يُنصح بالتأكد من الطقس قبل الحجز لأن الموقع يعتمد بشكل كبير على الأجواء. كانت هناك رائحة دخان قادمة من الشرف المجاورة للغرفة، ويبدو أن بعض النزلاء يستخدمونها للتدخين، مما اضطرني إلى فتح النوافذ لتهوية الغرفة. شروط الفندق صارمة جدًا، كما أن الغرامات مبالغ فيها؛ فهناك غرامة على التدخين داخل الغرفة، وكذلك على تأخير تسجيل الخروج بعد الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا. تجربة متوسطة بشكل عام، وأتمنى من الإدارة تحسين نظام الاستقبال
