Very relaxed stay with amazing ocean view, best sunset included. Perfect to stay there for exploring Padang and West-Sumatra.

Strategic location just 4-5 minutes by walking distance to Jam Gadang. A lot of nearby resto/warung to eat. Cleaness could be improved but overall nice place to stay.

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

まったく問題ありません。でも、暗い部屋は本当に嫌いです。電球が 2 つ切れていました。午後 6 時にサービスに電話すると、すぐに確認に来てくれて、午後 9 時には新しい電球を持って戻ってきました。その時点では交換品が手に入らなかったのかもしれません。でも、そのときは子供たちが寝ていたのでキャンセルしました。

Hmm, an old hotel, if your like brand new hotel perhaps you must skip tgis hotel. The room just so so, but have smart TV. Breakfast just rice and fried noodle with eggs, bread and some dessert. The location so close to the famous Jam Gadang

素敵なサービス..早朝のフライトに追いつく必要があることを忘れましたが、すでに2人分の朝食を予約しました.. 2日目の朝食にお金を返すことはできません。朝食のみを取り除くことができます..だから私たちは朝食をリクエストし、彼らは果物、パン、ご飯と野菜と鶏肉を添えて提供しました(実際には私たちはそれをリクエストします)。私の要求を満たしてくれてありがとう..次回パダンを訪れるためにロッキーに再び滞在します..横にはスーパーもあり、いいですね!

部屋の設備に関しては、とても良いのですが、部屋に入ると、まだ一番上のベッドマットが空いていないので、到着するまで待たなければなりません。

Overall, the hotel is very good. However, since the car park is located next to the building, guests may get wet when it rains. In addition, the number of umbrellas provided is limited.
