建物は古く、部屋やバスルームにはカビが生えていました。豪華なエントランスなどを考えると、かつては高評価のホテルだったと思います。部屋は広々としていますが、アメニティは一様ではありません。私たちは合計 3 部屋 (同じ部屋タイプ) を予約しました。1 部屋にはソファがなく、もう 1 部屋には小型冷蔵庫がありません。 ただし、親切な受付係やベルボーイがいて、サービスは素晴らしいです。

Hmm, an old hotel, if your like brand new hotel perhaps you must skip tgis hotel. The room just so so, but have smart TV. Breakfast just rice and fried noodle with eggs, bread and some dessert. The location so close to the famous Jam Gadang

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Fantastic service and facilities. I ended up having to extend travel, customer service was great with accomodating the extension. Breakfast was fantastic! Room service was easy to organise. Would book again

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.

パダンはスマトラ島西海岸の沿岸都市です。 ホテルは清潔で、パダンで最も高い建物の一つと言えるでしょう。屋上からはパダン全体を見渡せる素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。 小さなプールがあり、運動したり、水遊びをしたりできます。 それ以外にジムはありません。 朝食は普通で、特に印象に残るものではありませんでした。 ツインベッドは小さいですが、快適です。 バスルームはカプセルタイプで、私には少し狭かったです。 ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでした。

The room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already.

まったく問題ありません。でも、暗い部屋は本当に嫌いです。電球が 2 つ切れていました。午後 6 時にサービスに電話すると、すぐに確認に来てくれて、午後 9 時には新しい電球を持って戻ってきました。その時点では交換品が手に入らなかったのかもしれません。でも、そのときは子供たちが寝ていたのでキャンセルしました。

私はただここに一晩滞在し、残念ながら朝は雨が降っていたので、より多くの屋外活動を探ることができませんでした。全体的に、場所はかなり良いです、私はバルコニーの窓から山の景色を見ることができます。部屋のスペースも私と家族にとって十分に広いです。受付とチームもとてもフレンドリーでした。
