とても素敵なホテルで、明るく、ルームサービスのレストランも美味しいメニューで食事も良かったです。 素晴らしい体験でした!!!! 立地も良く、クールな内装で、スタッフも協力的でした。

翌朝のフライトに備えて、治安が良く空港から近いエアロシティの中で一番価格が安かった(と言っても2万円超えですが、、)こちらに泊まりました。 部屋は広く綺麗で、アメニティがKAMAだったのが嬉しかったです。広めのバスタブ付きだった点も良かったです。 しかし、フロントスタッフは上から目線で感じが悪かったです。2人で滞在するのに、ルームキーを1枚しか渡されず、部屋から電話でもう1枚ルームキーが欲しいと依頼したら、電話を切られました。 チェックイン時、デポジットとしてクレジットカードからINR5000支払い、チェックアウト時に、返金した、と言われましたが、1週間経っても返金されず、メールで問い合わせたら、お詫びの言葉もなく24時間以内に返金確認できるはずだと返信が来ました。こちらから督促しなければ返金しないつもりだったのでしょうか？2度と泊まりたくないです。

I'm sure this hotel was beautiful back in its heyday, but clearly has not been renovated in decades. I would NOT stay here again. Top complaint: WiFi did not work the 3 days/nights that I stayed at the hotel and the staff was completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. This is *unacceptable* for business travelers and was a huge inconvenience. Medium complaint: The gym is far too small for a hotel with hundreds of guests. There was also only one yoga mat which had to be shared amongst many sweaty exercisers. Minor complaints: The rooms smell strange, the room decor is quite old-fashioned, and the bars of soap are very poor quality (and fluorescent green). Positives: The outdoor garden is lovely and the freshly made masala dosas at breakfast were tasty.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

ホテルはとても清潔で快適で、安心して過ごすことができました。空港からも近く、徒歩5分ほどのところにショッピングモールのようなところがあり、レストランやフードコートが充実しています。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、ホテル内にバーやレストランが複数あり、ルームサービスも充実していました。 朝食はどれもおいしく、またスタッフが目配りを良くしてくれていて、お皿が空いたらすぐに食器を下げてくれたり、飲み物や*料理のオーダーを聞き取ってくれたりと、とても快適に過ごせました。

ニューデリーのベストホテル、ロケーション清潔な部屋のコンディションはとても良い5つ星ホテルです。デファジットは10000ルピーなので、あらかじめカードを取ってください。

翌朝のフライトのためにデリーの空港近くで宿泊。送迎はないのでUberで移動が必要。 ホテルはレストランもいくつかあり、Pull***と建物が繋がっている。 部屋も広くて綺麗だし価格もそこまで高くないのでまた利用するのはありかと

アロフトホテルの客室は、エアロシティにある他の4つ星ホテルや5つ星ホテルと比べて快適で広々としています。私は4軒宿泊しました。 朝食はベジタリアンとノンベジタリアンのゲスト向けに様々なオプションが用意されています。ダイニングホールも素敵でした。次回は寿司レストランにも行ってみたいです。 一つ難点は夜の騒音でした。もしかしたら近くにナイトクラブがあるのか​​もしれません。私は騒音に比較的敏感なので、そのせいで眠りにくく、浅く感じました。しかし、それ以外はすべて良かったです。

このホテルはショッピング、レストラン、観光スポットへのアクセスが抜群の好立地にあります。レストランは豊富な料理を取り揃えており（ビュッフェ形式ですが、注文を受けてから調理してくれるコーナーも多数あります）、シェフのナジール氏は素晴らしい腕前で、特別なリクエストにも快く応じてくれます。全体的に素晴らしいサービスです。スタッフは全員よく訓練されており、一流のおもてなしを提供してくれます。唯一の改善点は、客室のバスルームのガラスドアを修理してほしいということです。ドアに大きな隙間があり、プライバシーが損なわれています。これはホテル経営陣が優先的に対応すべき事項でしょう。 全体的に素晴らしいホテルです！
