I chose this hotel because it's near an IELTS test center, hoping to get some extra rest. However, there's a nightclub nearby, and the music and singing started at 8 PM and continued until dawn. I lay there for three hours, unable to sleep because of the noise. The windows provided no sound insulation at all, and when I asked the front desk for earplugs, they didn't have any. Later, they stopped answering my calls altogether. It was almost midnight, and I was so worried about not being able to wake up for my exam the next day that I ended up sleeping in the bathtub with a blanket. The noise was reduced, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. I woke up at least ten times throughout the night and barely got any sleep. The next day, I had to rely on coffee to get through the entire exam. Staying at this hotel was truly a terrible experience.
