Very tired hotel in an excellent location. We booked a corner suite for our family, but were disappointed to find that several basic amenities were missing upon arrival, including hand soap, lotion, and slippers — items that would normally be expected at a standard 5-star hotel. Cleanliness was also inconsistent throughout the stay. Considering the high room rates, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money. Another frustrating issue involved the destination fee credits. We were informed at check-in that the daily credits could be used toward room service and other charges. However, upon checkout, we were unexpectedly billed for items that should have been covered by those credits. Although I had prepaid the room and associated charges in advance, the hotel still placed the usual deposit hold on my credit card. At checkout, staff initially told us everything was settled correctly. Fortunately, based on a previous experience at another hotel in NYC, I requested a copy of the final bill to verify that the deposit would be refunded correctly. That was when I discovered the incorrect room service charges. The matter was eventually resolved after some discussion, but I would strongly recommend that guests carefully review their final bill before leaving the hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

立地は最高でした。クインシーフードマーケットが隣です。周りには美味しいレストランがたくさんあります。リトルイタリーや州議会議事堂まで歩いてすぐで、フリーダムトレイルをたどることができます。ホテルに関しては、ジムは小さく、マシンの数も少ないので、他の人と共有したくない場合は、タイミングよく利用する必要があります。部屋は広くて時代遅れでした。私たちの部屋は臭いがしましたが、その理由はわかりませんでした。また、バルコニーのドアを開けて新鮮な空気を入れることもできませんでした。受付に伝えると、誰かを送ってくれると言いましたが、誰も来ませんでした。私たちはエアコンを使って臭いを消しました。しかし、新鮮な空気がないと、暑すぎたり寒すぎたりして眠るのに苦労しました。ベッドは大きくて快適でした。部屋は毎日掃除され、ベッドメイキングもされ、清潔なタオルと洗面用具は毎日交換されました。私たちの部屋の冷蔵庫は壊れていたので、冷たい水を保管するのに使うことができませんでした。スタッフは全体的にとても親切でした。スーツケース置き場があり、物事が簡単にできました。私たちは夕方にフライトがあり、一日中ボストンを楽しみました。チェックアウトは12時ですので、ゆっくり朝を過ごしたい場合でも朝はたっぷり時間があります。

部屋の設備は基本的にラスベガスのウィンと同じで、マカオと非常に似ています。トイレタリーボックスの英語でさえ、中国語よりも大きいです。ボストンの同じグレードのホテルでは、この価格は非常に費用対効果が高いです。しかし、ホテルの食事は不便で、ギャンブラーも少し面倒です。フロントデスクのスタッフの質は不均一です。最初のスタッフはとても良かったが、後であなたが知っているスタッフははるかに悪かった

朝食は素晴らしいです。スタッフはとてもいいです。場所はとても良いですまた滞在します!

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、駐車場も利用しやすく、部屋も十分な広さで清潔でした。 唯一の問題はチェックイン時でした。宿泊料金は全額支払済みだったにもかかわらず、チェックインを拒否されました。フロントの理由は、到着が遅れることを事前に連絡していなかったからとのことでした。フライトの遅延で到着が遅れ、すでに疲労困憊していたため、何とかチェックインしたいと願っていましたが、フロントは連絡がなかったと頑として譲りませんでした。実際には、先にホテルに到着していた同僚（チェックインを担当した人とは別人）が事前に連絡していたのです。Trip.comのカスタマーサービス担当者、ルイさんがホテルに連絡してくれたおかげで、無事チェックインすることができました。 Trip.comのカスタマーサービスチームには大変満足しています。

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Unfortunately our room had a few faults. The AC unit was extremely loud. The motor on the fridge was also very noisy. It made sleep a bit difficult. Our unit faces the loading bay of the healthcare center next door. So each morning, we are awakened by the early shift’s arrival. The free breakfast was good for the first couple days. But the lack of variety after one week was a bit disappointing. There is a Star Market and a Target not too far away from the hotel.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

ボストンコモンやニューベリーストリート、クインシーマーケットにも歩いていける場所にあり、観光もしやすい場所でした。 部屋からの眺めもよく、部屋もシンプルで清潔でセンスのよい感じで家族三人でくつろげました。 フロントの方も丁寧な対応で気持ちよくすごせました。 またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

朝食のバラエティ豊かな食事、チェックイン時の無料スナック、無料のイブニングレセプション、空港とホテル間の無料シャトルサービスにはクレジットが付きました。レセプションのサービスが悪くがっかりしました。3泊分の宿泊料金を前払いしましたが、ルームカードは1泊分しか有効になりませんでした。特に、日帰りで出かけて疲れ果てて戻ってきたので、夜中に部屋に入れず、階下へ降りて鍵の交換をお願いする必要がありましたが、その際に、不親切で失礼な管理スタッフに謝罪もなく、代わりに「これからどうしたらいいですか？」と聞かれたので、本当に残念でした。
