私たちの家族は香港出身です。娘の卒業式に出席したので、このホテルを9日間予約しました。スタンダードルームに一泊した後、部屋が狭く、テーブルがなく、サービスデスクの変換を依頼したことに気づきました。サービスデスクの女性はとても思いやりがあり、部屋を変更しました。面積ははるかに広いです。ありがとうございました!ホテルには無料駐車場があり、とても便利です。朝食は毎日同じです。変更はありません。ホテルが変更できることを願っています!トイレタリーはサービスデスクで受け取る必要があり、サービスデスクのサービスもとても良いです! !

交通に注意してください、場所は一般的に偏っていません！ホテルではUberを打つことができず、lyft、普通のタクシーを呼ぶことができず、レンタカーを借りることができません！空港でレンタカーを借りるか、地元の友人に電話して迎えに行くしかありません！

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

空港の近くで4つ星の快適なホテルを予約したかったのですが、Trip.comは2つ星のレベルである店にこれをお勧めしました。唯一の利点は、空港に非常に近く、空港へのシャトルバスは15分ごとに運行されていることです。

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

ゲゲストLake Lawn is a beautiful resort with so much to do without ever leaving the resort. The lake views are amazing, there are 3 different places to eat, a huge indoor pool and hot tub along with two large outdoor pools that we didn’t use due to it being April. In the warmer weather you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, and even boats. We are definitely coming back to enjoy the summer activities, but it’s also amazing for colder weather since the resort is so large with a game room, indoor pool, and restaurants, you can wear the kids out without ever leaving the resort. It’s also only 15 mins from downtown Lake Geneva to enjoy more shopping and restaurants and only 3-4 mins to the town of Delavan that has all basic needs like Walmart, Kohls, Fleet Farm and lots more restaurants. It’s truly an awesome place.

ゲゲストGreat hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff.
We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

ゲゲストWe came to Port Washington to visit our son, who has lived here for four years. The hotel was easy to get to, with lots of parking. There was always someone at the front desk to quickly answer questions. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We felt like the only people in the hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices to pick from. We had a lovely time in PW, and enjoyed having this hotel as our home base.

My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

ゲゲストGorgeous hotel and in a beautiful location in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac. Everything was clean room was beautiful. Only odd thing was the TV that is fixed once raised so you're forced to sit in bed to watch. I wasn't in the room long so it wasn't a big deal.
