チェックインの際に担当してくれた男性スタッフの方が、とても親切で、笑顔が素敵で、対応も素晴らしかったです。滞在中もよくお見かけしたのですが、お名前がわからず残念です。ぜひお褒めしたいと思います。他のスタッフの方はごく普通でした。エレベーターが使えなかったのは少し不便でしたが、荷物は運んでいただけました。立地は抜群で、ホテルのすぐ外にはたくさんのレストランや観光スポットがあります。部屋もきれいに清掃されており、古さは感じましたが、傷んでいるわけではありませんでした。

It’s an amazing experience staying in MACq, especially if you rent an electric car, their valet parking will help you to recharge your car when you finish your day, which makes you really hustle free time handle the parking and refilling gasoline. Also their restaurant is beautiful too, great food and wine with nice hospitality😊 Should be the second-to-none choice in Hobart!

素晴らしいです。駐車場は便利で、セルフサービスのランドリー ルーム、ジムがあり、スーパーマーケットもすぐ近くにあります。しかし、ホバート土曜マーケットのすぐ近くにあり、庭園を挟んですぐです。朝食ビュッフェの種類は少なく、値段も高めです。

ホテルは中心業務地区（CBD）に位置し、レストランやショップへのアクセスも便利です。部屋は広く、清潔で整頓されています。ベッドと枕は快適です。ワークデスクとWi-Fiのおかげで、まるでオフィスにいるかのように快適に仕事ができました。非常におすすめです。

立地は非常に便利で、ホテル裏には駐車場もたくさんあります。宿泊客は割引料金で駐車できます。ビュッフェ式の朝食はシンプルですが、時間がない場合はホテルで済ませると時間を節約できます。お粥もあります。スイートは広々としていて、マッサージバスタブ🛁もありますが、内装はシンプルで少し古めです。ホテルのすぐ外には商業街があり、食事や買い物に困ることはありません。普通の部屋の方がコストパフォーマンスが高いです。老舗のチェーンホテルなのでおすすめです。

1. 歯ブラシや使い捨てスリッパなどの客室アメニティはすぐに補充されませんでした。歯ブラシは2人に対して1セットしか用意されていませんでした。5日間の滞在中、新しいスリッパは一度も提供されず、アメニティは予備のみでした。スリッパはすり減っていて、歯ブラシの毛は擦り切れていました。 2. ホテルのバレーパーキングは1日35ドルの追加料金がかかり、かなり高額です。 3. 朝食には不満がありました。まず、焼きそばやオレンジなど、多くの品物が朝食終了の45分前に既に売り切れていました。次に、朝食スタッフの一部が信頼できませんでした。エグゼクティブラウンジで朝食をとるべきだと説明されず、コーヒーの種類を尋ねられた際に注文内容を忘れていました。

ホテルのバスルームのデザインは最悪！ドアの位置がおかしい！ベッドのすぐ横にあるので、夜中にバスルームに行くと他の宿泊客の迷惑になる。最悪なのはガラスのドア！中の人が外から全部見えちゃう😂😂😂。父と娘、母と息子、兄弟姉妹が同じ部屋だったら、すごく気まずいだろうな！オーストラリアにこんなホテルのデザインがあるなんて信じられない！

During our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly. One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.
