民宿は鳴沙山のすぐそばにありますが、入り口が小さいので通り過ぎないように注意が必要です。 チェックインが遅くなってしまいましたが、バトラーの方の対応がとても良く、ホテルの設備や無料サービスについて丁寧に説明してくれました。質問にも迅速に答えてくれて、本当に助かりました！ ダブルベッドのキャンピングカーを予約していたのですが、無料でファミリールームにアップグレードしてくれました（5月の夜はかなり冷え込むことを心配してくれたようです）。部屋は広くて暖かかったです。 テント内の設備も素晴らしかったです！お湯の温度調節が敏感で、水圧も強かったので、シャワーも暖かかったです。ただ、お湯を沸かす必要があるので、連続してシャワーを浴びるのは難しいかもしれません。 トイレも清潔で臭いもありませんでした。 朝食は8時半からだったので、ゆっくり寝てから美味しい朝食をいただきました。 友人にも勧めたいと思います！また泊まりに来ますね😉 p.s. バトラーの方々は皆さんイケメンでした！

素晴らしい滞在でしたが、チェックイン時に無料アップグレードしていただき、さらに素晴らしいものになりました。アップグレードされたお部屋は広々としていて快適で、子供用のアメニティも用意されていました。アメニティも充実しており、他のホテルと比べてアメニティの種類が断然豊富です。各階にボトルウォーターが用意されているのも嬉しいですね。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、どんなリクエストにもいつでも快く対応してくれました。ホテルの食事は美味しく、ボリュームもたっぷりでした。 全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。また必ず利用したいと思います。

Their tips were invaluable and helped me experience these wonders to the fullest. Now, the food! Each meal was a delight—authentic, home-cooked, and prepared fresh with so much care. It was truly delicious and gave me a real taste of local cuisine. My room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness, kept absolutely spotless throughout my stay. A wonderful daily touch was the replenishment of complimentary beverages: refreshing peach tea, pure water, and delicious coconut water—perfect after a day of exploring the desert. The most touching moment came upon my departure when the hosts presented me with exquisite souvenirs from the Mogao Grottoes. It was a gesture of such kindness and generosity that I will forever cherish. We had such a fabulous time at this homestay. The family welcomed us as one of them and drove us several places for our convenience and recreation. It is very modern and sparkling clean. They made us breakfast when we wanted to get up instead of a set time and even served us dinner the day we arrived when we had not had a chance to eat yet. They took very good care of us. We loved them, and have invited them to come to the United States to visit us! We highly recommend this Homestay. Also, be sure and visit Mingshah Mountain and Yunnan pass while you are in Dunhuang.

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was such a great experience. The tent was clean, and they provided all the necessities. Extremely close to the Rainbow mountains, it’s so convenient. Shang XIAO FEI is such a great host, he organized the pick up for us from the railway station and helped us arrange the driver for an additional trip to the canyon the next day. Breakfast was good and the service was incredible.

全体的に良いホテルでした。 おしゃれな石鹸、オリジナルデザインのキャンバスバッグ、かわいい編み込みスリッパ2足、ブランドアメニティ、チェックイン時のウェルカムサービス、そして洗練されたリゾート感のあるホテルの雰囲気は、どれも価格相応の価値があると感じました。レストランの料理も美味しく、夜には心温まるデザートドリンクのサービスもありました。部屋の外にはキッズパークがあり、設備は多くないものの、個性的で魅力的でした。 残念だったのは、宿泊した部屋のバスルームのシャワーの水圧が非常に不安定だったことと、キャンバスバッグはバトラーに尋ねて初めて提供された点です。以前宿泊した碧玥（Biyue）ホテルでは、チェックイン時も外出から戻る度も、ホテルの入り口でスタッフがすぐに歓迎してくれ、荷物を運んでくれるなど、きめ細やかなサービスがありましたが、東驛（Dongyi）ホテルではチェックイン時のみスタッフの熱意を感じ、その後は戻ってきても誰も出迎えてくれず、その差は歴然でした。また、部屋のエアコンはおそらく故障していたようで、夜部屋に戻ると隣の部屋で修理担当者がエアコンを修理しているのを見かけました。ただ、敦煌の夜間の気温は快適だったので、特に対応は求めませんでした。 さらなる改善と、宿泊客の体験向上に努めていただくことを期待しています。
