Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

この草原の丸い球形の部屋が大好きです!独特の雰囲気がいっぱいで、広大な草原に面した透明な景色、日中は風と草の波、夜は横になって星空を見上げることができます。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、設備が整っていて、快適で居心地が良く、体験は直接いっぱいです! 特徴的な射剣乗馬体験は斬新で面白く、シーンのレイアウトはリアルで雰囲気に満ちており、遊び方は簡単でわかりやすく、遊びの過程は楽しいものでいっぱいで、没入感のある体験は草原の特徴的な遊びプロジェクトでいっぱいで、遊び体験は素晴らしいです! ホテルはまた、部屋のタイプを無料でアップグレードし、朝食は完全で、次回は家族を連れてきます。とても快適な滞在体験。

ホテルは路地の突き当たりにあり、ロビーに入る前はがっかりしていましたが、ロビーに入るとその認識は完全に変わりました。まず、フロントデスクでは新疆のホットドリンクが提供されます。ホテルはパブリックスペースも部屋もとてもスタイリッシュです。 閲覧室のデザインは打刻に適しています。朝食は種類も質も豊富です。テレビの壁の後ろにシャワーとトイレがあり、アロマテラピー付きのダブル洗面台もあり、高級感のある間取りです。全体として、私はこのホテルのあらゆる面が本当に気に入りました。

Yet behind the picture-perfect setting is something even more special: the kind of warmth and care that turns a stay into a memory. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at ease. One gesture I’ll never forget — I was rushing for a tour and hadn’t managed to press my clothes. Though there’s a laundry room available, the owner personally helped me iron them, refusing any payment. That small act of kindness stayed with me. We’ve stayed in many retreats claiming to offer luxury, but this place redefines what true luxury means. Here, you pay a 3-star rate and receive a 5-star experience in comfort, sincerity, and service. The rooms are cleaned daily with meticulous attention to detail — we were even touched to find our own tea and coffee sachets neatly arranged by housekeeping. Meals were another highlight. The food has that unmistakable home-cooked feel — warm, nourishing, made with care. When they learned I don’t eat beef or mutton, the kitchen prepared special dishes just for me, without a fuss. That kind of consideration is rare and deeply appreciated. And how could I forget Tian Tian — the gentle, lovable golden retriever who quietly added to the homey atmosphere. Her presence made the stay even more special, like having a sweet companion always nearby. MuseNomad Retreat isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to truly rest. Of all the accommodations we’ve experienced across our travels, this one touched us the most. As our three nights came to a close, I felt a genuine sadness — a quiet wish that we could stay just a little longer. If you’re looking for a restful, heartfelt escape where nature, comfort, and kindness meet, this is the place. MuseNomad Retreat is not just somewhere we stayed — it’s somewhere we’ll remember fondly, and miss dearly.

Absolutely fantastic. Staff went out of their way to help us. All were so friendly, and at the end of WeChat if we wanted help. We are vegetarian, and they cooked us separate food in the evening. The family tent was just perfect. The beds were so comfortable, two different types of pillow and a lovely duvet. Bathroom was very clean. View was stunning. We were in A123. When we left they gave us a present of local tea.

It's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets. What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; ) The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish. The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying. Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

Staff was so friendly and helpful especiallly the girls reception who can speak english and driver name ike. He was helping us and trying his best to accomudate us. The hotel got their restaurant and performance at night

Shejing Homestayでの滞在は本当に忘れられないものでした。私たちが到着した瞬間から、スタッフは私たちを信じられないほど歓迎してくれました。すべてのスタッフはフレンドリーで暖かく、いつも笑顔で助ける準備ができていました。彼らの誠実なおもてなしは私たちを家にいるように感じさせました。 ホームステイの細部にまで気配りと献身が見れる上司にも特別な感謝を申し上げます。このような美しく居心地の良い場所を作ることに多くの心が注がれていることは明らかです。 プロパティ自体は絶対に素晴らしいです。毎朝、息をのむような景色と平和な環境に畏敬の念を抱いて目が覚めました。私のお気に入りの思い出の中には、部屋の外に漂うラベンダーの天国の香り、川の音、美しい夕日がいくつかあります。 部屋は快適で居心地が良く、思いやりのあるメンテナンスでした。毎朝目が覚めると、こんな美しい景色は夢のようでした。 滞在が終わりを迎える中、離れるのは心から悲しい気持ちになります。ここに心の片方を残したような気分です。人の温かさ、その場所の美しさ、そして私たちが作った忘れられない思い出は、長い間私たちと一緒にいきます。 私たちの滞在をとても特別にしてくれた上司とチーム全体に感謝します。私はこのエリアを訪れる人にShejing Homestayを心からお勧めします。いつかまた戻ってくることを願っています。
