私は最近この真新しいホテル(2024年にオープン)に滞在しましたが、とても素敵な経験でした。たくさんのエキストラがある場所が必要な場合は、これです。2 つのビリヤード台、小さな屋上プール、および 2 つのジムがあります。1 つはヨガとピラティス用のすべての設備を備えており、もう 1 つはトレッドミル、自転車、フリーウェイト、さらにはスミスマシンを備えています。洗濯機付きのランドリールームもあり、とても便利でした。 朝食は選択肢が豊富で美味しかったですが、最高の選択を得るために早く到着したいと思うでしょう。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーでしたが、WeChatのFei Xiu(袖)は特に役に立ちました。彼女は私のすべての質問に素早く答え、すべてを簡単にしました。 場所はスターライトマーケット近くの川岸にはありませんが、観光スポットからもそう遠くありません。すべてに十分に近くながら、静かな滞在をしたい場合は、実際には良い場所にあります。 素晴らしいサービスを備えたモダンで設備の整ったホテルをお探しなら、ぜひお勧めします!

設備：デザイナーズホテルで外観がおしゃれで写真映えします。クリスマス🎄の雰囲気も濃厚でした。 清潔さ：部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。白を基調としたホテルは少ないですが、白は汚れが目立つため、潔癖症の私でも合格点です。 サービス：フロントでバスタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。蒼山に登った後、ホテルに戻ってお風呂に入るのはとても気持ちよかったです。エレベーターはありませんでしたが、バトラーが常に荷物を運んでくれましたし、おすすめしてくれた食べ物もハズレなしでした。 環境：蒼山の麓にあり、立地が良く、古城へもシャトルバスで簡単に行けます。近くには設備の整ったジムもありました。 大理で過ごした3日間で一番快適でした。おすすめです！

子供たちの卒業旅行で、全行程のホテルを慎重に選びましたが、バンヤンツリーを選んだことで旅に温かみが加わりました。 チェックイン時にAbbyさんにお会いした時から、すべてにおいて細やかな配慮が感じられました。私の子供たちがもう大きくなっていることに気づき、お得なアップグレードを手配してくださり、さらに私の誕生日であることを知ると、バースデーデコレーションまで用意してくださいました。これらが老舗ホテルの通常のサービスだとすれば、旧市街を散策中に雨に降られてずぶ濡れになった私たちに、温かい生姜湯を特別に用意してくださったのは、本当に体も心も温まる気遣いでした。そうそう、Abbyさんの瞳はとても美しく、優しくて、滞在した2日間、お客様を対応されているのを何度かお見かけしましたが、いつも穏やかな口調で、忍耐強く、集中されていました。 湖畔で美しい景色を眺めながらの朝食は、本当に心地よかったです。もしまた麗江に来る機会があれば、バンヤンツリーをまた選びたいです。

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

景色が美しく、写真映えも最高です。酸素供給設備も完備されていました。朝食も美味しく、サービスも行き届いています。可愛い鹿に餌をあげたり、一本の木と雪山を眺めたりもでき、どこを撮っても絵になる写真が撮れます。スタッフのサービスもとても親切で、シャングリラに滞在するなら絶対におすすめのホテルです！

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Yunnan Province. The facilities are excellent and the staff’s service is absolutely top-notch — warm, attentive, and truly professional. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Our kids even complained that they couldn’t spend more time at the hotel because we were out doing activities all day. They felt so comfortable and happy here and kept saying that next time we come to Lijiang, we must stay at this hotel again — and dedicate one full day just to enjoy the hotel without going anywhere. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality during our four-night stay. We truly had a wonderful time here. Although we stayed at many five-star hotels during this trip, we still feel that this has been the best accommodation experience so far. We made quite a few troublesome requests during our stay, yet you fulfilled all of them without hesitation. We are sincerely grateful for that. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will certainly come back again if we have the opportunity in the future! They were also very nice enough to pick us at the train station when we reached dali from lijiang and drop us at the train station again to catch the train to kun ming FOC! Highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to come to Dali!

設備：広々とした客室にはブランドアメニティが揃い、美しくスタイリッシュな内装です。 環境：床から天井まで届く大きな窓からは素晴らしい景色を望めます。湖を見下ろしながら夕日を眺め、玉龍雪山を正面に眺めればパノラマの日の出を一望できます。バスタブに加え、使い捨てのバスタオルとバススポンジ、使い捨ての便座カバーもご用意しています。お子様用アメニティも用意されており、お子様連れにも大変便利です。 サービス：素晴らしいサービスで、不満は全くありませんでした。お子様連れや高齢者への配慮も行き届いており、とても居心地の良いゲストハウスでした。出発時にはお土産のサービスがあり、駐車場も利用できました。

【設備】ホテル設備は充実しており、朝食は種類豊富でとても美味しく、特産品も揃っていました。部屋の防音性はもう少し改善されると良いでしょう。シャワーの時のカチカチという音が少し気になりました。 【清潔さ】清潔でした。 【環境】階下には様々なショッピングモールや金馬碧鶏坊があり、繁華街にありながらとても便利です。部屋が23階だったため、騒音も気になりませんでした。 【サービス】スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、会うたびに挨拶してくれました。

The room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 queen sized beds that can easily sleep 4 adults. Nice hot tub in the balcony with both cold and hot water taps, can adjust to your preferred temperature. We were entertained by the voice control of common appliances in the room. The hotel breakfast and welcome tea break were delicious, and we could enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains while having our meal. All the staff we met were very pleasant and enthusiastic in welcoming us and making our stay an enjoyable one. A special mention to hotel staff Ava who helped us collect our laundry from the dryer and sent it to our room while we spent our day outside the hotel. Free laundry service at the hotel too, just have to diy. Overall great experience during our stay here, will strongly consider staying here again for a next visit to Lijiang!
