The room was disappointing. We booked a small double, but were given an accessible room instead. The sink was tiny and low down for wheelchair access, but uncomfortable for a 6ft 2 in male! No window so felt a bit claustrophobic. Only 1 coffee sachet between 2 of us. Seemed like the roomwas an after thought. We have stayed here many times and this was the worst room we have had.
Bar and breakfast was fine though.

這是一個英倫傳統建築的酒店，位於小鎮中心逛小鎮很方便，我們住在三樓須走樓梯，不過可以請他們幫助搬行李上，房間雖小但可以懷舊，如果想按大酒店來要求可能會失望，但這裡是英國人所喜愛的地方，早餐不錯總之我比較滿意這個選擇！

The main building was pretty good. Compared to the main building, the rooms besides the courtyard where we lived in were rather basic. Everything was good enough apart from the heating system and toilet. The floor and toilet were pretty freezing. Fortunately, the lady in the reception brought us a small heater. It did help. Also, the flush of the toilet couldn't work properly.

2年前にここに滞在し、絶対に気に入りました。今週末にまた立ち寄ることにしました。素晴らしい料理、フレンドリーなスタッフ、快適で清潔な部屋。私たちはそれを外に出てより広い地域を探索する場所として使用しますが、特別な機会やビジネスのためにそこにいる人は常に見られます。

素晴らしいスタッフ。素晴らしい価値。絶対的な交渉。
ホットブレックファーストは平均的で、追加のテナーでしたが、シリアル、トースト、ヨーグルトの豊富な選択肢がありました。部屋は基本的でしたが、良い方法で。安い滞在に必要なものすべて。掃除。小さな不満だけが枕が最高ではなかったので、次回は自分で持ってきます。平らな枕が好きな人もいるかもしれません。 IBISダービーに感謝します。

The hotel was adequate but feels quite dated and would benefit from some renovation. There were visible cracks on the walls, the hot water pressure in the shower was very low, and the carpets had noticeable stains. Small details, such as not providing a spoon for making tea or coffee in the room, were also missing. That said, the staff were very polite and accommodating, which helped make the stay more pleasant.

前段時間去英國旅行，入住了位於德比郡的白馬伍裏摩爾酒店，整體體驗很不錯，給大家分享一下！
房間的佈置温馨又舒適，空間寬敞，採光良好，從窗户望出去就是美麗的田園風光，簡直是天然的風景畫。房間裏的設施也很齊全，床超級舒服，衞生間乾淨整潔，洗浴用品品質也不錯。值得一提的是，房間裏還準備了新鮮的牛奶，方便泡茶或咖啡，這個小細節真的太加分啦！
酒店的餐廳菜品豐富多樣，食材新鮮，早餐的種類也很豐富，英式早餐的經典搭配一應俱全。晚餐我們點了當地特色的牛排和炸魚薯條，牛排鮮嫩多汁，炸魚薯條外酥裏嫩，讓人回味無窮。
不過，酒店也有一些小瑕疵。比如酒店的網絡信號不是特別穩定，有時候刷視頻會卡頓，對於需要隨時處理工作的人來説可能會有點影響。
但總體來説，白馬伍裏摩爾酒店還是非常值得推薦的。無論是優美的環境、舒適的住宿，還是美味的食物和熱情的服務，都讓人印象深刻。

ゲゲストWe stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

ゲゲストFrom the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help.
The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy.
Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night.
The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus.
Will I stay again? Definitely.

ゲゲストThe hotel itself was very nice. The room was large and comfortable (maybe too warm at times). The room facilities and freebies and bathroom was very nice and felt quite luxury. The hotel is in a natural and beautiful area where you can go hiking around it on trail, and there is a pub next door. The breakfast was lovely with varied choice. The restaurant for dinner was expensive but served great food. Parking wasnt much of an issue which made things easier. All in all a great experience, and the value for money was brilliant. My only downside was that its difficult to travel anywhere without a car from the hotel. No complaints otherwise.

ゲゲスト素敵な場所、(きれいな村)素敵な敷地と印象的な入り口。しかし、私たちはメインホテルにいませんでした。部屋は広いが、古い。屋根は私たちが何度か頭をぶつけた側面に傾きました。窓が小さくてぬるい感じになりとても暗く、寝室のメインライトはランプのみ。ベッドはキングサイズで快適でした。部屋やバスルームは清潔でした。夕食にレストランを一度利用しましたが、2つの朝食があり、食べ物は素敵でリーズナブルな価格でした。朝食は種類が豊富でセルフサービスでした(私たちのものも含まれていたように)。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でしたが、プロフェッショナルでした。私たちの部屋はプールへのカバールートに接続されていないので、私たちは結局プールを使用しませんでした。
本当に文句を言うことは何もありませんが、部屋は少し豪華になると期待していました。部屋代は少し高価です。価格は利用可能なアメニティに基づいていると思います。

ゲゲストBreakfast is not really included as such. Only the continental buffet. This is cereal, fruits, cereal bars, baked items and a large selection of cakes, including mince pies, which was odd for breakfast. The hot breakfast requires a surcharge to be paid, something I’ve never experienced before. The full English would be best described as part English breakfast, with no sausages, tomatoes, or mushrooms included which is a bit of an insult when you’re paying a surcharge. I can’t fault the service, or anything else, but this felt a bit naughty to be doing.

ゲゲストI stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Derby while attending a workshop at the Derby Museum. Its location is excellent, being merely a few minutes' walk from the venue. The hotel was clean and pleasantly quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep—a welcome change from the often disruptive air-conditioning in other hotels. Furthermore, Derby town centre is only a five-minute walk away, offering opportunities for shopping, dining, or leisurely strolls.
