I was charged 5 euros per night cash upon checkout with no receipt. This was not indicated at the time I made the reservation. Also, when I booked it breakfast was included however when I checked in I was told it's 8 euros per day which was not how I reserved the room. Fortunately, I wasn't charged upon checkout.

Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic.
All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!
IIvan-2Checked in late at night but went as smooth as possible.
Ocean view room was spacious and clean. Fresh, nicely pressed sheets on the bed.
The breakfast should not be missed, fruit, meats, cheeses and hot food as well - I don't why but recommend the rice pudding I was a big fan 😅. Having your breakfast as you look upon the ocean is blissful.
Gym gets the job done if you know what you're doing. Pool is big and welcoming. Bar is open until ”1AM” or there abouts. Personnel are accommodating and helpful.
15min walk from the town. Plenty of delightful restaurants in and around the town. Costa Rica has some excellent gyros.
Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right.
Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel. 5/5 would recommend.

Can you imagine a brand new 4* hotel where you can't open your bag due to lack of space? Soundproofness doesn't exist - we could hear every person passing by, each door opening or child screaming, not to speak about neighbors' bathroom. Breakfast below Greek standards - very limited vegetarian options and healthy choices; peanut butter low quality with palm oil, coffee payable and no fresh orange juice. No body lotion- even if you call reception. There are so many great options in the town, no need to go back to Naus.
ゲゲストNice and modern hotel with good breakfast, but not 5*... cheap toiletries and single use plastic items in the rooms; rooms overall basic and no robes. Pool area is cozy, but opens late (11 am). The sea never closes though and the beach is just in front of the property. Staff very kind and helpful. Easy to park at the premises. Walking distance to marina of Kalamata, but a bit too far to reach the old town - car is recommended. Very reasonable and good restaurant is also available on premises.
ゲゲストWe stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame.
Pools nice ,
The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed.
All in all, a disappointing experience.
ゲゲストGreat stay, great location with very friendly service. Spacious large rooms. Highly recommend booking the boat trip this was a major highlight of the visit. The staff accommodated any request even when it was not standard. Great stay overall
KKathy AntAbsolutely stunning accomodation, rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful and very accomodating. Service staff at the front desk, breakfast and poolside bar were fantastic. Beautiful location, easy drive to nearby waterfront villages/towns. Wonderful buffet breakfast and relaxing pool area. Plenty of onsite parking.
