立地の良さが気に入りました。また、フレンドリーなスタッフの方々がゲストに最高のサービスを提供してくれました。特に、記念日にサプライズケーキをプレゼントしていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。 各国料理と地元料理の両方が楽しめるメニューの豊富さが気に入ったので、また泊まりに来たいと思います。スタッフの方が定期的に料理を補充してくれました。

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

全体的に良かったです。中心部に位置し、アクセスも良く、特に気に入ったのはホテルの目の前にあるプタイチャーハンです。 ホテルの最上階からの眺めは最高です。

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

レセプションのお姉さんも、ロビーにいるスタッフもとても感じが良かったです。屋上にはプールとジムがあって、半日くらいならホテルでゆっくりできました。ランチも１階にあるレストランで食べれます（が、お値段高め）。あとすごく気になったのは、同じファミリールームを２部屋とって、3人と2人とわかれたのですが、値段が１万円以上違いました。値段設定がバラバラなのでチェックした方が良いと思います。大体1人３０００円程度だと思います。

The location is the best! Very near to city, i think every tourist stay here, because all grab/ gojek driver know this place instantly without using maps. The service and cleanliness is also top notch compared to the other place i stay at before.
