⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel! I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish. The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect. Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient. Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended. A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏. Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄 Thank you for making our first experience in India such a memorable one 🇮🇳❤️

高層階の部屋またはスイートを予約することを強くお勧めします。高層階から眺めるウルスール湖の美しさは格別です。景色と設備は本当に美しいです。朝食ビュッフェはボリュームたっぷりでおいしいのですが、内装は心地よく快適でありながらシックな雰囲気で、通常の朝食ビュッフェのサービスにありがちな刺激的で騒々しい雰囲気とは対照的に、くつろげます。チェックイン時に唯一残念な思いをしたのは、2日間前からフロントデスクに連絡してアーリーチェックインをお願いしていたのですが、iPhoneのメッセージ機能も使ってみたのですが、メッセージには一切返事がありませんでした。友人がようやくフロントデスクに連絡できたとき、そのようなリクエストは宿泊者や部屋のタイプによって異なると言われました。これは決して良い言い回しではありません。ようやく到着したときには驚きましたが、滞在中はフロントデスクに常に少なくとも4人の親切な係員がいたので、電話やメッセージが気付かれなかったと知って少しがっかりしました。季節柄、全員で手伝う結婚式があったのかもしれません。いずれにせよ、バンガロールへの旅行の方には、家族連れでもビジネスマンでも、コンラッドをお勧めします。

Queen rooms enough space just missing mini windows.. Beds are comfortable and toilets shower 🚿 fair... Located at convenient places...The staffs are good and helpful...

立地は最高で、徒歩圏内にたくさんのお店や飲食店がありました。幹線道路から少し離れているため、比較的静かな環境でした。スタッフは親切で丁寧でしたが、英語に関しては少し問題がありました。 朝食はインド料理を味わうのに非常におすすめです。焼きたてのドーサをリクエストすることもできますが、毎日異なる種類の料理が提供され、とても美味しかったです（4日間滞在しましたが、定番料理もありました）。 次回バンガロールに来る際は、必ずまたここに泊まります。

場所は非常に良いです、それは教会通りとMG道路に歩いてわずか5分です。地下鉄の駅にも近い。バンガロールのダウンタウンの場所と考えられているため、強くお勧めします。 部屋はとても素敵で、きれいでした。ウェイターも予想外に歓迎してくれましたが、他のホテルで出会ったのとは違うのでとても楽しかったです。 5階には非常に快適でオープンエアのルーフバーがあります。ビールの一般価格。私は本当にとても幸せだったので、一般的に、次回は南星を選びます。さらに、マイソールには南星もあり、私は住んでいますが、それも非常に良く、価格は非常に高いです。

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

最初の経験は最悪でした。部屋は狭く、特にトイレは、アップグレードしたにもかかわらず、スーペリアとデラックスはまったく同じでした。テレビは映らず、便座は壊れていて、いわゆるシティビューは悲惨でした。 当番マネージャーのマリクに苦情を言うと、彼は問題を完全に理解し、私の部屋を変更することを申し出てくれました。夜勤の当番マネージャーのシヴァ・クマールは、私が街に出ていたときに何度も電話をかけて部屋のタイプを確認し、夜遅くに私が戻ってくるまで待って、それが完了していることを確認しました。2人とも称賛に値します!!! きちんとしたシティビューのデラックスルームは、同じタイプのバスルームではありましたが、より広くて広々と感じましたが、すべて機能的でした。ロケーション的には、1MGモールの隣にあり、文字通り徒歩1〜2分のところにたくさんのレストランがあります。完璧なロケーションです。朝食は、各国料理と地元料理があり、まともです。スタッフも全員とても親切です。素晴らしい特典の1つは、就寝前のホットチョコレートやスパイスティーなど、枕リストから選べることです。 短期旅行や中程度の予算で旅行するなら、このホテルをお勧めします。同じ通りには、コンラッド、タージ、オベロイなど、部屋が広く、少しだけ高級なホテルがたくさんあります。

Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Room is comfortable. Foreigner food variation is not much, and taste is so so. Waited for 30 mins when I called to refill water in room, turned up called 3 times only I get couple small bottles of water.
