It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

マリーナからカタマランツアーを予約していたので、2泊しました。オレンジとブルーのジュニアスイートのインテリアは清潔で設備も整っていてとても気に入りました。港としては、バルコニー（駐車場越し）から港の景色が楽しめるのは良い点です。10月でしたが、ホテルの正面にある公共駐車場に1日12ユーロで問題なく駐車でき、おかげで静かに眠ることができました。受付のスタッフはとても丁寧で効率的で、チェックインの手続きをしてくれただけでなく、ラ・グリッタがすでにシーズンオフで閉店していることが分かった後、レストランを勧めてくれました。立地もバー、レストラン、ショップへのアクセスが非常に便利で、ロードトリップ中だった私たちには最適でした。到着時に車を置いておけるのは良いものです。朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、特にペストリーの種類が豊富でしたが、他のホテルでは見かけないスクランブルエッグやベーコンもありました。朝食のコーヒーは機械で淹れたもので、他のホテルの朝食サービスでバリスタが淹れてくれるコーヒーほど美味しくはありませんでした。

T Hotel is a typical business-oriented hotel, well suited for corporate travelers, conferences, and short stays. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the overall experience is generally satisfactory. However, I would recommend avoiding the hotel during peak periods, especially when large conferences or events are taking place. During these times, the property can become extremely crowded, which negatively impacts the guest experience. The breakfast service is the area that most needs improvement. While the selection is acceptable, the breakfast area struggles to cope with high occupancy levels. When the hotel is full, the dining room becomes noisy, chaotic, and overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Better organization and additional staffing during busy periods would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, T Hotel is a decent business hotel, but it performs best outside peak conference seasons, when guests can enjoy a quieter and more comfortable stay.

Tout était super. Belle chambre avec belle vue et grande terrasse. Petit déjeuner top Personnel sympathique , check out plus tard Parking Le seul petit bémol peut être était les oreillers qui étaient un peu dur à mon goût Je recommande à 100% , super rapport qualité prix

私たちはIl Nuovo Gabbianoでの滞在を絶対に愛していました。場所は素晴らしいです、港のすぐ隣、すべての中心にあります。ビーチは徒歩わずか2分です!バルコニーからの眺めは、海と山の素晴らしい景色で信じられないほどでした。港のすぐ隣ですが、騒音は最小限でした。朝食は1日14ppユーロで追加でしたが、毎朝バルコニーに出かけるために近くのスーパーマーケットからジュースとペストリーを購入することを選択しました。部屋はかなり広く、ミニバー(ボトル入りの水のみを含む)とコーヒー/紅茶メーカーが備わっていました。ホテル自体は清潔で、スタッフはいつもフレンドリーで親切でした。駐車場はありませんが、道路の向こうの港に1日6ユーロで駐車しました。私たちは日中遅く来たので、なんとか場所を見つけました。早朝はかなり混雑します。ホテルのレストランは素晴らしい料理をします。ジャガイモとチーズを添えたサルデーニャのラビオリをお勧めします!

The hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby. The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back. Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy. It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

Incompetenza e poca professionalità sono la base di questo resort targato Baglioni ma di Baglioni c’è poco se non il logo... Si tratta di un vecchio resort denominato Paradaise, ristrutturato alla meglio e usato come trappola per i turisti stranieri che hanno poche pretese. Personale non formato in modo adeguato e in alcuni casi troppo saccente. Pulizie camere non fatte o fatte in modo sbrigativo, ad orari assurdi come alle 17.30. Lasciando strofinaccio per le pulizie unto , bagnato e colpo di peli nella valigia… Che il guest service ha provveduto a lavare in lavanderia in modo gratuito…direi il minimo in casi come questi. Per un 5 stelle e ancora di più per un Baglioni c’è molto da lavorare per migliore i servizi. Meritano una menzione speciale Paolo e Antonello del servizio spiaggia che fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della struttura, Francesco del ristorante sempre professionale e il direttore Victoriano per l upgrade.
