モロッコマラケシュ＝タンシフト＝アルハウズ地方で、バーのあるホテル

Das Hotel liegt in der Neustadt von Marrakech an einer sehr stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Entsprechend laut ist es. Wir hatten daher ein Zimmer nach hinten raus genommen. Das war deutlich ruhiger, aber da hörte man die ganze Zeit ein Brummen von den Generatoren der Klimaanlage. Wirklich Ruhe hat man da nie, aber es ging, hätte auch noch schlimmer sein können. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Man kann in die Altstadt laufen, was aber etwa eine halbe Stunde dauert. In der Nähe sich auch Restaurants, ein Park und der Bahnhof. Das Frühstück war okay. Der Pool ist winzig, eher Dekoration.

すべてが素晴らしかったです。清潔で、スタッフも朝食も完璧で、空港と中心部にも近いです。ただ、一つだけ気になる点があります。小さな部屋はベッドなど全てとても清潔でしたが、匂いがあまり良くなく、タオルも古びていました（とても清潔でしたが、かなり古かったです）。朝食は5日間同じビュッフェでした。新鮮でとても美味しかったのですが、特にメインメニューは変更した方が良いと思います。 皆様、本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしい滞在でした。

Старый отель, полы в номере в заплатках и дырах линолеума. Очень мало света в номере ( лампы тусклые). Короче если только переночевать то нормально, длительное проживание не рекомендую.

The hotel reception girl unhelpful.when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service.i do understand some times can't do early checking but if the hotel told I can arrange another hotel and last when I arrived hotel reception one lady front of complaint for room bath top is broken toilet door can't lock.I realized the give me same room,keep me after 3 hours waiting.😡😡😡😡😡 this I can give review for un response.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel où l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Mention spéciale à l’espace enfant, véritable petit paradis pour les plus jeunes : coloré, sécurisé et parfaitement aménagé. L’animatrice Tima, douce, dynamique et très professionnelle, a su captiver les enfants avec des activités variées et créatives, leur offrant des journées pleines de rires et de découvertes. Grâce à elle, les parents peuvent profiter pleinement de leur séjour en toute sérénité.

非常に魅力的なホテル、快適な歓迎のスタッフ、そして暖かさ、特にフロントのサミラ！お金に見合った非常に良い価値があり、マラケシュの非常に良い場所にあります。ボリュームたっぷりの朝食ととても素敵なプール！最高の

Great hotel with an international vibe ; doesn’t feel like Morocco/ Marrakesh once you get to the rooms though. It’s a little bit far from the Medina (about 45 min walk) so we took a taxi back and forth almost each time. - the breakfast buffet was 5/5 really awesome and lots of choices . - rooms have been renovated and changed so pictures online are wrong . We asked for a room change and got it right away. - there are 2 areas with pools , it your room is in building 3 you don’t have the right pool view unless you want peace and quite .

لايوجد صندوق أمانات لحفظ النقود والأوراق المهمه.. تدفق المياه من الحمام لداخل الغرفه.. لا يوجد منديل للوجه.. الإفطار لا انصح بحجز الافطار عندما تحجز الغرفه لانه لا يستحق المبلغ الذي دفعته للفندق من اجل الفطار

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located very close to the main markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to one of the receptionists who went above and beyond by providing us with some packed food as well as Moroccan shampoo and body soap — such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!
