ナイジェリアラゴスで、バーのあるホテル

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

ホテルは空港に近い絶好のロケーションにあります。清潔で設備の整ったモダンなホテルです。ただし、レセプションデスクとコリコ&コレストランでのサービスは4-Starsです。レセプションはいつも混雑しており、スタッフがあなたの世話をするのを待つのに多くの時間を費やします。しかし、彼らはあなたを待たせることを謝罪し、フレンドリーです。レストランの食べ物と品種は素晴らしいです。私は主に郷土料理を食べました(私は毎日朝食を食べ、友人や親戚と数回の夕方に夕食を食べました)、私のラゴスの味蕾は食べ物が味が優れている日を検出することができます(シェフが違うに違いない)他の日と比べると、食事は暖かく楽しかったです。インターンペストリーシェフ(デボラ)とフードアンバサダー(ニミ)のおもてなしを認識しなければなりません。どちらも、お客様が食事とホテルの滞在をどのように楽しんだかを確認しました。彼らは美しい笑顔で仕事をし、みんなとうまく関わっていました。デボラは真の宝石であり、ホテルのブランドに莫大な価値を加えます。彼女のパフパフは完璧な10/10です。

ホテルはラゴスのイケジャの静かなエリアに位置し、公共交通機関へのアクセスも非常に便利です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。部屋は清潔で整頓されています。食事は中華ビュッフェスタイルで、美味しかったです。朝食、昼食、夕食の料金を支払いました。唯一の難点は、特に朝食の選択肢が少ないことです。コーヒーや紅茶は緑茶しかなく、部屋にも無料の紅茶やコーヒーは用意されていませんでした。リクエストするまで用意されておらず、ミルクも入っていませんでした。これもまた残念な点です。 その他の良い点としては、ホテルが空港までの送迎を手配し、料金も支払ってくれたことです。運転手は早めに到着し、フライトに遅れないように待っていてくれました。これは特に地元に住んでいない宿泊客にとって、5つ星に値するサービスです。 総合的に見て、ホテルのサービスは5つ星中4.5つ星です。次回ラゴスを訪れる際は、必ずまた利用したいと思います。

環境はとても良く、中国人が住むのにとても適しています。ナイジェリアに市場を開拓するために志を同じくする多くの友人に会うことができます。彼らはお互いにコミュニケーションを取り、ピットを踏まないようにすることができます。サービスもとても良いです。朝食、ランチ、ディナーの3つの食事は美味しく、中国の胃に適しています。フロントの子供たちもとても素敵で反応が良いです。

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

最近、出張でラディソンホテルラゴスに滞在しましたが、忘れられない体験になりました!チェックインからチェックアウトまで、細部まで完璧に実行されました。 部屋は快適さの聖域–きれいで、モダンで、広としたものでした。豪華な寝具、洗練されたバスルーム、床から天井までの窓からのスカイラインの景色は、離れるのが難しかったです!仕事(素晴らしいデスクセットアップ)とリラクゼーションの両方に最適です。 ここのスタッフは本当に輝いています!温かく迎えてくれ、すべてのリクエストを稲妻のスピードでソートしてくれたスタッフに特に感謝します。ハウスキーピングは部屋をきれいに保ち、コンシェルジュはラゴスを探索するための即時推奨事項を提供しました。

Great service, good food excellent environment and secured location. The room was well lit and comfortable.

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered . flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍
