We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back
Overall a great experience. Breakfast options are good, pool showed a great view of Mayon. Place was accessible via Grab. Food service is a bit inconsistent, sometimes fast but sometimes takes like an hour long. Still recommended.
The building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The room did not have a chair, so I opted to dine in for breakfast. The breakfast is in another hotel.

ゲゲストDuring our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.
