客室は広々としていてよかったです。ただ、いくつか気になる点がありました。ヘアドライヤーのプラスチック部分が経年劣化でべたついていました。チェックイン時に、枕カバー2枚に明らかな油染みがありました。掛け布団カバーは清潔でしたが、2ヶ所はっきりと破れている箇所がありました。2名利用にも関わらず、フェイスタオルが1枚しか用意されていませんでした（幸い持参していたので困りませんでしたが）。電気ケトルには、前の宿泊客が残した水がそのまま入っていました。

ちょっとした休暇にぴったりの滞在でした！
最高のロケーション、素敵なお部屋、快適なベッドでぐっすり眠れました。ヘルススパも満喫しました。スイムサウナとスチームルームも完備。サンタナレストランもぜひ訪れてみてください。
ビュッフェランチはすべて自家製で、とても美味しかったです！
全体的に素敵な滞在でした。都会の喧騒（ロブドン）から離れて、まさに私が求めていた静かな隠れ家でした。

Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para a cidade com cama de casal e foi-me atribuído um quarto sem vista para a cidade e com duas camas individuais! Quanto ao resto o Hotel tem bom serviço e está muito bem localizado!

Loves this hostel but no lift, kitchen is a underground floor, have cooking facility, breakfast is euro three but only bread with jam butter n cheese. Hot drink teh coffee and milk. No eggs no yoghurt. No fruits. Dormitory Room is big with toilet inside. Location is very good. Near to Sao Bento metro. A lot of shopping area around the hostel. Very good, will stay there again. Housekeeping is well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stay four days three nights there.

予約時にリクエストしたバスタブ付きの部屋に交換してくださったフロントスタッフは、申し分なく対応してくれましたが、部屋には小さなタオルしかなく、大きなバスタオルはありませんでした。バスタブの蛇口からは水漏れがひどく、水が辺り一面に飛び散っていました。午前9時、同じフロアのホテルの部屋で工事が行われており、まるで同じ部屋にいるかのような騒音でした。一つだけ注意点があります。フロントのスタッフは工事の様子を尋ねてきたので、そのことを伝えたところ、「次回はもっと良くして…」と返答されました。

魅力的な木造キャビンスタイルのホテル。地下鉄やポルトの多くの観光スポットから徒歩圏内という好立地です。シンプルながらも快適な客室（テレビなし）には、素晴らしいバスルーム、フレンドリーなスタッフ、充実した朝食、そしてリラクゼーション施設が備わりました。ポルト観光の際の荷物用ロッカーも大変便利でした。革新的なデザインと素晴らしい価格が魅力のユニークなホテルです！

I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time.

TTT7フロントの方がとても陽気で人当たりのいい人だった。バスルームも清潔でホステルを利用したが不満はなかった。朝食もバラエティ豊でとても美味しく、また、ドンルイス一世橋など景色が素晴らしい観光地に近いことから大満足だった。また、利用したい。バックパッカーの方には特におすすめ。

Ttina-cocoこのホテルは優れたサービスを提供し、スタッフはフレンドリーでテキパキしていて、いつも親切です。ホテルのエレガントな装飾と静かで快適な環境は、人々にまるで家にいるような感覚を与えます。ロケーションは理想的で、主要な観光スポットや交通の中心地に近く、非常に便利です。部屋は設備が整っていて清潔で、ベッドは快適で、ジムとプールは素晴らしいです。ホテルのレストランの食事は美味しく、朝食はあらゆる好みのニーズを満たすために種類が豊富です。お勧めする価値のあるホテルです。

Wwalterlx新しくオープンしたホテルでは、温かく心のこもったサービスをご提供いたします。部屋はとても快適で、寝具もとても柔らかいですが、部屋はかなりコンパクトです。客室は防音対策がしっかりされています。朝食はかなり豊富でしたが、デザートが多すぎました。ホテルには無料の専用駐車場があります。

ゲゲストWe were given a nice, clean room on an upper floor with a pretty view. The bathroom was on the right through a sliding door when you entered the room. It was spacious with a shower and a bathtub. Good breakfast! The roasted tomatoes were superb and it should be a dish available every morning at the buffet.

このホテルの最大の魅力の一つは、ポルトの中心部に位置し、徒歩で街を散策しやすいという立地です。中心部にありながら、部屋は静かで防音対策もしっかりしており、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。
チェックインはスムーズで効率的で、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなスタッフがすぐに歓迎してくれました。滞在中も、スタッフは丁寧で親切に対応してくれ、快適な滞在を約束してくれました。
部屋は広々としてスタイリッシュ、そしてとても快適でした。キングサイズのベッド、エレガントな内装、そして贅沢なひとときを演出してくれる大きなシャワーが備わっていました。全てが完璧に清潔で、ホテルを選ぶ際に常に重視する点です。
ホテルには、ジム、サウナ、ハマムを備えたスパがあり、宿泊客は無料で利用できます。今回は利用できませんでしたが、モダンで手入れが行き届いており、居心地の良い空間で、ホテルの魅力をさらに高めていました。
ユーロスターズ アリアドスは、スタイリッシュで快適な滞在をリーズナブルな価格で提供しています。真の5つ星ホテルとまではいかないかもしれませんが、ポルト中心部で質の高いホテルをお探しの方には最適な選択肢です。ぜひまた泊まりたいです！

Location is not the best for sightseeing, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, then a few stops to the main attractions, which can be inconvenient especially in rainy weather. On the plus side, it’s right next to a lively market/food court with lots of local bites, and there’s even a supermarket inside.
The staff were very kind, spoke good uEnglish, and even provided a welcome plate with fruits and egg tarts, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was nicer than the photos: spacious, very clean, with a safe box, closet, and separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was plentiful with many varieties, though it was the same selection every day.
A few downsides: the cleaning staff entered my room twice while I was inside (once early in the morning while I was asleep, and another time while I was in the bathroom). They may have knocked, but it still felt intrusive. The window setup was also awkward, my room faced the lobby, so I had to keep the curtain closed the whole stay for privacy, which made the room dark.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great staff, but the location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to main attractions. If the price is good compared to the ones in the center, then it could be a good choose as taxis to the center cost about €5 one way. Otherwise, I’d probably choose somewhere in the more central area next time.

I recently spent one night in a Suite at the Caleway Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the quality of the accommodations was top-notch.
Highlights of the Stay
• The Room: The Suite was exceptional—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything was in pristine condition.
• The Service: The staff here are incredible. One gentleman in particular was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful throughout my stay.
• Breakfast: The breakfast was high quality with a great selection of fresh items. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
Exceptional Problem Solving
The only minor challenge I encountered was with parking. However, the service team handled it brilliantly. The staff member on duty did his absolute best to resolve the situation quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the extra effort and the genuine care he showed in making sure I was taken care of.
Overall Verdict:
Despite the small parking hiccup, the outstanding service and beautiful rooms make this a top choice in Gaia. I highly recommend the Caleway Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

ゲゲストOur family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.
