I had a wonderful stay in black art otel and would happily recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day.
The hotel’s location was another big plus—conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet still peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and varied, offering something for everyone, and the common areas were always tidy and inviting.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and value for money. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends or family.
As an experienced traveler, I am shocked that this is rated as a 4-star hotel. While the breakfast was good, the housekeeping staff were lovely, and the male bellboy who helped with my luggage provided great service, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff were incredibly indifferent; at check-in, they just handed back my passport without saying a single word of welcome or thank you. Furthermore, the room was in poor condition with broken shelves, a faulty toilet, cold shower water, and the power tripped every single minute, making the overall service and maintenance unacceptable for a hotel of this class.
AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
