古くてクラシックなホテル。 駐車場は小さく、非常に狭い。 駐車場から出るときは、出口のドアから非常に注意する必要があります。 全体的にロケーションに非常に満足しています。トラムの駅はホテルのすぐ前にあります。トラムのチケット料金の支払いと購入にはクレジットカードを使用できます。街へのアクセスも簡単です。

Todo genial. Nada más a tener en cuenta, por la ducha sale agua, por el hueco que hay. La televisión la vi digo antigua, podrían renovarla. Por lo demás todo muy bien. Muy amables.

We specially enjoyed the bath tube in the room we stayed. The location was also great, as you can connect directly to the shopping district. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

This is a fairly new and trendy place in a beautiful converted old barracks. It had a ”buzzy” feel to it, and is conveniently in walking distance of both the station and the town centre. The room was mostly good - everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, and the coffee machine and kettle were nice to have. However, there was a big set of stairs to get up to them, so do check with staff while booking if you have any accessibility issues, and it made a midnight loo trip quite the adventure! As for issues with the room, firstly the shower wasn't great. It had two separate hot and cold taps rather than a mixer, so it was a little difficult to get the right temperature. The shower hose was also quite new and stiff, so the shower head kept spinning around to point at the wall. The Aircon positioning is also a little odd too - the unit is in the upstairs part over the bed, but the thermostat is in the significantly chiller downstairs by the door, so I woke up in the middle of the night with hot air being blasted at me!

Amaaaaaazing Staff! It is super nice to check in with Arthur, who showed us the basic orientation of Gent and some personal recommendations on where to go (his recommendations are true to his word~ :D) Room was clean! There was free water provided but a fridge would have been such a nice addition!

このホテルには2回目の宿泊です。観光スポットや駅にも近く、朝食用のパンが買えるスーパーマーケットも近くにあり、ロビーにはコーヒーメーカーもあります。部屋は簡素です。 ただ、今回は2階の210号室だったので、騒音がひどくて眠れませんでした。 窓はありますが、内窓なので景色は見えません。高齢のお客様はアーリーチェックインを15ユーロ追加でお願いしています。

近くにレストランがいくつかあり、夜は静かです。毎日のハウスキーピングでは、トイレットペーパーやティッシュなどの消耗品の補充は積極的に行われません。客室には電話がなく、カスタマーサービスに連絡するにはスマートフォンでQRコードをスキャンする必要があります。初めて使うときは使い方を覚えるのに少し時間がかかりますが、ホテル側はリクエストを受けてから数分以内に電話を届けてくれます。

Déjà l’accueil est digne d’un grand hôtel. Des personnes agréables et à l’écoute et qui se soucie du bien être de ces clients. Ils ont prévu du sans gluten pour ma soeur coeliaque. La chambre est superbe, une suite avec 2 lits et 2 tv. Une très grande salle de bain et beaucoup de serviettes de bain. La chambre est nickel tant en place qu’en ménage, tout est propre. Le seul petit inconvénient est que tout est placé en hauteur et pour le micro ondes se n’est vraiment pas pratique. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et varié, tout est frais . rien à dire. On reviendra avec plaisir.
