We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Hidden Mist (listed on Trip.com as Santorini National Tide Sea View Resort). If you are looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful lake views, outstanding hospitality, and easy access to the Dreamland Resort area, I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Location: The hotel is located within Dreamland Resort on the eastern side of Dali, approximately 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the railway station, and around an hour from Dali Ancient City. We stayed near the Ancient City first before moving here, which I would recommend for anyone wanting to explore both sides of Dali. The resort is large, beautifully maintained, and very walkable. Complimentary golf cart shuttles regularly transport guests around the resort, while taxis are easy to arrange from the main entrance. There are quite a few staircases throughout the property, so it may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Service: The service was exceptional and one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Before we even arrived, the hotel contacted us by email and created a dedicated WeChat group with staff from different departments so we could ask questions or request assistance at any time. Everything felt organised, personal, and effortless. From the moment we arrived, a golf cart was waiting to collect us from the resort entrance. Throughout our stay, the staff regularly checked in to ensure everything was going well and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. The handwritten welcome note, housekeeping notes after each room clean, and staff asking what time would be most convenient to service our room were thoughtful touches that made us feel truly looked after. Although our booking only included a complimentary airport or railway station pickup, the hotel kindly arranged an airport drop-off instead because we had arrived from another part of Dali. This was greatly appreciated. Room & Cleanliness: We booked a room with a private garden overlooking Erhai Lake, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to the peaceful lake view each morning quickly became one of our favourite parts of the stay. The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Everything still feels new and exceptionally clean. The large soaking bath, with bath milk replenished daily, was perfect after a day of exploring. The shower had excellent water pressure. As someone with very long hair, I found the shampoo and conditioner a little drying, so I would recommend bringing your own. The secure WiFi was reliable and fast enough for both my husband and me to work during our stay. Breakfast & Dining: Breakfast was excellent, with a choice between a Western breakfast and a local Yunnan set menu. We tried both, and every meal was fresh, well presented, and delicious. As we had an early flight on our final morning, the hotel prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, another thoughtful gesture that reflected the level of service throughout our stay. Our booking also included complimentary afternoon tea with cakes and fresh fruit. It would have been even better if guests could also choose a complimentary tea or coffee. The room includes quality tea, a premium kettle, and a mini fridge, although adding coffee would be a welcome touch, especially in Yunnan. Facilities & Surroundings: The hotel has a convenient power bank rental station in the lobby, and Dreamland Resort is full of beautiful cafés, viewpoints, and photo spots. Flomis Garden is less than a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. Our booking also included a traditional tea ceremony experience, which unfortunately we did not have time to attend. We also received a beautiful woodblock print as a farewell gift, which was a lovely surprise. Overall: Hidden Mist combines beautiful accommodation with genuinely outstanding hospitality. Fantastic stay! We booked 3 nights, so the hotel provided free shuttle from Lijiang Railway station. The hotel has afternoon tea time from 2-6 pm while after 8-10 pm, there is also fire session for night tea. Our families are really happy. Breakfast is local noodles which is good; we have 1 day to leave hotel early, the hotel staff even prepare packing set of milk and crackers for us. Appreciated very much.The room is clean and like provided in Trip.com. Just only comment for drainage to fix. 6th floor hotel has really great view to see Jade Dragon Snow mountain especially on a sunny day. Hotel staff are really helpful and nice. Overall we are very happy with hotel staff, nice room and many hotel activities.

お子様連れのご家族に溯野民宿は強くお勧めします！部屋は清潔で整頓されており、レイアウトも合理的で、子供たちはとても楽しんでいました。酸素供給、床暖房、お湯も安定しており、高地での宿泊体験は満点です。オーナーはとても親切で、サービスも行き届いており、子供向けの観光ルートも教えてくれます。便利な立地で快適な環境なので、シャングリラでの家族旅行に最適な宿泊施設です。

ハードウェア設備もサービスも素晴らしく、細部にわたってゲストへの配慮が感じられました。カードキーはよくあるスロットに差し込むタイプではなく、底に溝があるホルダーに置くタイプで、差し込むよりずっと簡単で、暗い場所では特に便利でした。ハンガーや棚も十分に用意されています。スマートな客室制御システムも使いやすく、各所の照明を個別に操作できます。「使い捨て」のスリッパは非常に良く、清潔で履き心地も良く、しかも環境に配慮されています。部屋の床はフローリングと小面積のカーペットで、カーペットの快適さを保ちつつ清潔に保ちやすく、全面カーペットの部屋よりもずっと良いです。トイレはこれまでに泊まったホテルの中で最高でした。便座の暖房は熱すぎず適温で、洗浄音も静かで非常にきれいに流れます。幅広の便座や自動開閉機能は高級な機能ではないかもしれませんが、使用感が大幅に向上しました。シャワーのスイッチはユニークで、2つのスイッチがそれぞれハンドシャワーとオーバーヘッドシャワーを制御するため、同時に水量と温度を調整することはできませんが、慣れると非常に使いやすいです。もし欠点を挙げるとすれば、トイレットペーパーが一つです。弾力性がなく破れやすいのが気になりました。

設備：デザイナーズホテルで外観がおしゃれで写真映えします。クリスマス🎄の雰囲気も濃厚でした。 清潔さ：部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。白を基調としたホテルは少ないですが、白は汚れが目立つため、潔癖症の私でも合格点です。 サービス：フロントでバスタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。蒼山に登った後、ホテルに戻ってお風呂に入るのはとても気持ちよかったです。エレベーターはありませんでしたが、バトラーが常に荷物を運んでくれましたし、おすすめしてくれた食べ物もハズレなしでした。 環境：蒼山の麓にあり、立地が良く、古城へもシャトルバスで簡単に行けます。近くには設備の整ったジムもありました。 大理で過ごした3日間で一番快適でした。おすすめです！

予約する前は、一部のレビューで少し古いと書かれていたので、少し躊躇しましたが、実際に宿泊してみると、やはりフェラーリは古くなってもフェラーリだと実感しました！部屋の眺めは素晴らしく、カーテンを開ければベッドから雪山を眺めることができます。旬のフルーツの他に、ホテル自家製の花のパイも提供され、これが美味しくて、古城の店で売っているものよりもずっと美味しかったです！プレゼントされた小さな亀の飾りもユニークで可愛らしく、家に持ち帰って子供に渡したらとても喜ばれました。部屋のお茶は4種類も用意されており、麗江の特産品かどうかは分かりませんが、とても香りが良かったです。出会ったホテルのスタッフは皆、温かく礼儀正しく、特にバトラーのルーシーさんは非常にきめ細やかで丁寧なサービスを提供してくれました。滞在中は様々な要望にすぐに対応してくれ、サービス意識の高さは流石老舗の高級ホテルだと感じました。夫と私はとても快適に過ごせました。ベッドリネンも素晴らしく、私たちはベッドリネンにこだわりがある方なのですが、この2日間はぐっすり眠れました。この点は本当に書面で称賛に値します！朝食レストランの料理の質も良く、グループの経営が良いことが伺えました。レストランからの眺めも良く、スタッフのサービスも温かく、特に美しい民族衣装を着たレイラ・ヒーさんのサービスは素晴らしく、朝食レストラン全体が秩序立っていました。また、テニスコートも素晴らしく、ボールを打ちながら玉龍雪山を眺めることができ、宿泊客は無料で利用できるので、最高の体験でした！テニスをした後、夜はスパも利用し、150分間のロイヤルバンヤンシグネチャーケアを体験しました。先週バンコクで受けたスパにも全く引けを取らないほど素晴らしく、とても気持ちが良かったです。これぞ休暇ですね！テニス仲間にも勧めましたし、子供や家族の年長者も連れて数日間滞在する計画を立てるつもりです。

I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

We stayed for one night at the Garden Panorama Suite with Soaking Tub at Dali Yunying Chunxiao Shuiyuan Scenic Hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, and while there are some things worth improving, the views and overall atmosphere were truly memorable. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the view of Erhai Lake. It was absolutely exquisite and looked almost exactly like the photos online. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, and the whole place had a very calm, peaceful and almost surreal atmosphere. The hotel itself is quite small, with a compact lobby that also serves as the breakfast area, but the incredible lake view more than made up for the limited space. The hotel is located along a cobbled street with no direct car access. The hotel contacted us beforehand to ask about our arrival time, which was appreciated, and their staff met us to collect our luggage and transported it to the hotel by motorbike. However, we initially thought someone would escort or pick us up, but instead we were given a location to follow on foot. The route was a little confusing and we got slightly lost, particularly because the final stretch goes through a very quiet back street that doesn’t really look like it leads to a hotel. It was also raining when we arrived and when we left, so we really appreciated that the hotel lent us umbrellas. The location itself is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, one important point for future guests is that the streets leading back to the hotel are completely dark at night, with no street lights at all. We found this quite scary and felt it could be unsafe, especially for families with young children or anyone returning after dark. Our room had a beautiful view of Erhai Lake, but unfortunately the upkeep and cleanliness did not quite match what we expected for the price. There were quite a few dead fish and pieces of rubbish visible around the water when looking over the ledge, both from our room and from the lobby area. The balcony also had a hammock, but it did not look particularly safe to use, and there were plants growing out from the lake and into the hammock area. The room itself was also relatively small for the price, and the cleanliness could have been better. That said, there were some really lovely inclusions with our room, including afternoon tea, a photoshoot, goodnight dessert and breakfast. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but we were given a choice of mains along with some sides and a drink. The portions were on the smaller side, but everything we had was good. The photoshoot was a particularly nice touch and something we really appreciated. Three photos were included with our stay, and we actually enjoyed the experience enough to purchase additional photos beyond the included three. It was a lovely way to capture our time in Dali. We were also celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond by preparing a very cute birthday cake for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely made the stay more special❤️ Overall, this hotel has an incredibly beautiful setting and a very unique atmosphere. The views are genuinely stunning and the photography opportunities are fantastic. The thoughtful extras, especially the photoshoot and birthday cake, were also highlights of our stay. However, for the price, we felt the room upkeep, cleanliness and accessibility could be improved, and the completely unlit walk back to the hotel at night is something future guests should be aware of. If the hotel were to improve the maintenance and cleanliness while addressing the nighttime access issue, it could be an exceptional boutique stay because the location and views are truly special.

とても満足のいく滞在でした。ホテルの環境は素晴らしく、とても静かで清潔です。スタッフ全員が親切で、サービスも丁寧で、問題があればすぐに解決してくれます。部屋に届けてくれたヤクのミルクと甘いスープもとても美味しく、称賛に値します。部屋は写真の通りで、ベッドに寝転がりながら美しい草原と雪山を眺めることができ、遠くには牛や馬がのんびりと草を食べていて、本当に心地よいです。都会の喧騒から離れて、ここで数日間のんびりと心身をリラックスさせることができ、大変満喫しました。また時間があれば再訪したいです。
