While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks. 素晴らしい滞在を過ごせました。このホテルをさらに良くするには、少し手直しするだけで十分でしょう。 良い点： *立地は最高で、チェスター中心部までUberで5ポンド以下で行くことができました。 *朝食はビュッフェ形式で、種類も豊富で、ゆったりと過ごせました。 *必要なアメニティが全て揃った広々とした部屋です。 *無料駐車場も充実しています。 *美しい敷地で、夜はとても静かです。 *価格に見合った価値があります。 改善点： *清掃水準は平均的で、バスルームの蛇口の周りに黒カビがありましたが、簡単に取り除くことができました。 *バスルームの床は、しっかりとしたモップ掛けが必要でした。 *ベッドはツインベッド2台がくっついているため、真ん中に隙間があり、あまり快適ではありませんでした。 *スタッフの不足が顧客サービスの質に影響しています。ルームサービスを頼もうとしましたが、電話に出るまでに時間がかかり、受付で受け取れると言われました。ルームサービスの趣旨に反しているので、そのままにしました。毎回このような対応では、ホテルの追加料金の売り上げにも悪影響です。 *バーのスタッフが足りず、食事を注文しましたが冷えていて、注文したものと違うものもありましたが、あまりにも空腹だったので交換を待つことができませんでした。ウェイトレスによると、フィッシュフィンガーサンドイッチはフィッシュアンドチップスと全く同じものだそうです！ 前にも言いましたが、このホテルの顧客サービス水準を優れたレベルに引き上げるのにそれほど時間はかからないでしょう。スタッフを増やせば、ほとんどの問題は解決するでしょう。しかし、上記の点を踏まえても、おそらくまた泊まりたいと思います。

The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

**Hotel Review: Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa, Cheshire** As a solo traveler with my beloved sausage dog, Stanley, I recently had the opportunity to stay at Crewe Hall Hotel and Spa for one night. Here’s my experience: **Location:** The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. Nestled in beautiful grounds, it provides a serene backdrop for relaxation and exploration. The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

チェスターのクイーンホテルに3泊しましたが、期待を裏切らない素晴らしい滞在でした。ホテル全体が美しい内装で、部屋も完璧でした。レストランでは食事をしませんでしたが、バーで2回食事を注文しました。料理はボリューム満点で美味しく、種類も豊富でした。ルームサービスも素晴らしく、飲み物やサンドイッチ、スープを部屋まで届けてもらいました。朝食も最高でした。対応してくれたスタッフは皆、礼儀正しく親切で、どんな要望にも快く応えてくれました。次回チェスターを訪れる際も、必ずこのホテルを予約します。

このホテルに泊まったのはこれが2回目で、私たちの選択は主に便利な場所と素晴らしい朝食によるものでした。空港に非常に近く、夜はとても静かで、農場や草原に囲まれています。 典型的なビュッフェではないので、私たちは朝食が大好きです。代わりに、さまざまなオプションのメニューから選択でき、どれも素晴らしい味がします。レストランの装飾も素敵で、その部分に満足する以上のものになります。レストランのスタッフは熱心でフレンドリーで親切です。 注意すべき点の1つは、レセプションエリアには多くの場合ゲストがいます。これは単なる観察であり、プラスでもマイナスでもありません。受付係は常に最善を尽くし、とても親切でプロフェッショナルです。ただし、部屋のデザインは少し時代遅れです。

メインのOddfellowsホテルでのチェックインはスムーズでしたが、事前にアパートの正確な住所を知っていただければ助かっていたので、簡単に駐車できました。アパートには駐車スペースが1つありますが、入り口はきついです! アパート5は2階にあり、とても広としていました。ラウンジ/キッチン/ダイナーはよく設定されており、利用可能なお茶とコーヒーはとても歓迎されました。ベッドルームとバスルームは広く、快適で清潔でした(ただし、タオルやコート用のフックをいくつか使用できます)。ランドリールームもあります。デコフは風変わりで、場所は素晴らしいです-メインストリートのすぐそば。滞在するのに最適な場所。

お金の価値。 快適なベッド。短期滞在に文句なし。近くにたくさんのレストランがあります。
