最高の体験でした。すでに他の人にもこのホテルを勧めています。チェスター行きの電車利用者にとって、まさに理想的な立地です。駅はまさに道路の真向かいです。 歴史を感じさせる客室は、すべて王様と女王様にちなんで名付けられ、家具も王室や過ぎ去った時代を彷彿とさせます。 ベッドは非常に快適でした。唯一の欠点は、ホテルが古いスタイルだったことです。夜間にパイプ内の水の動きによる騒音があり、睡眠パターンを少し妨げました。 しかし、Trip.comで調べた宿泊料金は驚くほど高額で、チェックインの担当者は「私たちの直前にチェックインした人たちが1泊あたり100ポンド以上も高く支払っていた」とコメントしていました。 全体的に素晴らしい体験で、ぜひまた利用したいです。

Stayed in a king-size double room. Very clean and modern with luxurious bathroom. Food was very good with reasonable choice. Arranged for breakfast in bed on final morning and it arrived on time and very well presented. Pool and spa was excellent and the evening entertainment (singer) was very good on both evenings we stayed. Perfect location and facilities.

The hotel itself was very clean and lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the 1st night, was difficult to sleep, but the receptionist managed to get us some softer ones, which were a little bit better.

As a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen. On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Brilliant location, lovely old building. The fold out beds for kids are uncomfortable (worse than the ones at travel lodge or premmier inn). Don't bother with breakfast! Kept running out of things and didn't always replace them. Bacon inedible, sausages cheap, no nlack pudding even though it's on the menu and small portions. I would stay again but wouldn't add breakfast
