イギリスマージーサイドで、朝食のあるホテル

シティセンター中心部にあり、港の方にもショッピングモールの方にも徒歩5分内の立地で移動が便利。 駐車場🅿️がないので近くのQパーク地下駐車場に泊めるが割引コードをホテルからもらえる。 オンライン予約でしか割引は効かないので気をつけた方が良いです。また時間制ではなく1日の24時間単位で予約する方がお得です。 地下駐車場の出入り口が1箇所にしかなくホテルまで遠回りして向かわないと行けなかった。 部屋は大きくスペースも広いが朝食は期待できない。 温かいミールはなく、飲み物とクロワッサンなど簡単な冷たいもののみ。種類もない。

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフは親切で、立地も良いです。しかし、宿泊客が他の場所で駐車料金を支払わなくても済むように、専用の駐車場があればもっと良いと思います。

Bedroom was very clean and nice. Bathroom could do with a revamp as the tiling/grouting has seen better days, and the bathroom floor floods from the shower and very rusty air vent. Very quiet hotel, will be rebooking as the bedroom was a nice size/layout and very clean.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

素敵な滞在ができました。標準的なホテルの部屋はとても広としていて、ベッドはとても快適で、部屋はとても清潔で本当に素敵な装飾が施されていました。朝食は素晴らしく、新鮮な果物、自家製焼きパン、温かいものと冷たいものの良い選択がありました。ホワイトバーは食べ物や飲み物に最適な場所でした。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。このホテルを強くお勧めします。

古き良き趣のあるホテルで、スタッフは素晴らしく、対応も親切で、特にメンテナンスを担当するキューバ人の女性は素晴らしかったです。部屋の変更をお願いしましたが、スタッフはためらうことなく快く対応してくれました。ホテルはアップグレードと改装に投資が必要ですが、価格と同等の料金で提供されるサービスを考えると、コストパフォーマンスは抜群です。

いくつかの欠点はあるものの、快適な滞在 このホテルでの滞在には良い点と悪い点がありました。良い点としては、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで温かく迎えてくれたので、滞在がより楽しくなりました。さらに、無料の朝食は素晴らしく、一日の始まりに最高の気分でした。 しかし、滞在中にいくつか問題に遭遇しました。部屋は全体的に清潔に見えましたが、リネンに不快な臭いがあり、不快でした。さらに、一部のエリアは清潔さが欠けているように感じました。 これらの問題はありますが、このホテルにはポテンシャルがあり、これらの問題に対処すればゲストエクスペリエンスは大幅に向上すると思います。フレンドリーなスタッフと美味しい朝食は特に素晴らしかったので、私の滞在は3つ星から4つ星の評価です。

10人部屋のドミトリーに宿泊 割と清潔で静かに過ごせたと思う 17～19までのウェルカムドリンクのサービスが有難かった ビールを頂いたがすごく美味しかった スタッフも全体的にフレンドリーで気持ちのいい対応をしてくれた ロケーションは素晴らしく 観光地は周りに徒歩圏内に存在し、駅からも近かった すぐ近くにLIDLがあったのも有難かった トータル的に見て非常にコスパがいいと思う
