Very clean and nice hotel. Near to University of Liverpool. There is no parking for guests. You have to park two building away for £13/day. Overall is good. Definitely will come again

受付のスタッフがすぐに出迎え、チェックインしてくれました。明るくて素敵な受付でした。受付ではスナックやドリンクを販売しています。 広々とした部屋で、清潔で設備も整っています。最上階の 6 階に部屋がありました。ベッドルームにはヘアドライヤー、アイロン、アイロン台、ケトルがあります。 シャワーの水圧は中程度で、スプレーヘッドは細くなっています。水は暖かくて気持ちよかったです。 ベッドと枕 2 つは清潔で快適でした。 午前 6 時頃、外か上からのハミング音で目が覚め、再び眠ることができませんでした。 朝食は混沌としていて、案内するスタッフはいませんでした。朝食をとる人の数に対してテーブルがあまりありません。セルフサービスで食事を取る前にテーブルを確保してください。食べ物はすぐに補充されました。残念ながらカトラリーは補充されておらず、スタッフは少しプレッシャーを感じていました。朝食はあまり良い経験ではありませんでした。 朝食の人数が多かったため、エレベーターの待ち行列が予想よりも長かったです。 フィットネスルームはありますが、利用しませんでした。 チェックアウトは迅速でした。 1泊か2泊のシンプルな宿泊先を探している人にはお勧めです。

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフは親切で、立地も良いです。しかし、宿泊客が他の場所で駐車料金を支払わなくても済むように、専用の駐車場があればもっと良いと思います。

このホテルでの滞在にとても満足しました。特に、家族と私は最終電車に乗り遅れて市内に残されたため残念でした。 スタッフはとても親切で、トラブルがあり状況を説明した後、エグゼクティブ スイートに無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。 部屋は本当に美しく、広々としていて、換気も良く、清潔でした。 タオルはとても柔らかく、家族で泊まるには十分すぎるほどありました。心地よいガウンとスリッパを用意してもらいました。 ベッドには追加の枕があり、とても快適でした。 バスルームのアメニティも最高でした。シャワールームは素晴らしいデザインで、照明もとても良かったです。 ロケーションは完璧で、リバプール ライム ストリート駅から徒歩 10 分以内でした。

Great location. 2 bedroom both quiet & clean.  Just a little too soft for us about the mattress.

Nice hotel . Nice staff. Did not eat in hotel. You can jump on bus outside hotel and be in Liverpool town centre in 35 minutes only cost £2.good room on ground floor. Parking for £6 a day.big cinema opposite hotel with retail park with shops and places to eat. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed it.

Well..it's hard to estimate such places. You live in a room with several other people, different people.. The bunk-beds are not very stable, the facilities can not be clean, moreover, it was quite cold everywhere in the building, it is not modern, you know. But! It is so good that you have a place to stop for a couple of nights, close to the city centre, to the train station, to the sights, to shops and restaurants, for a small price! And it is excellent that they have kitchen with shared food and kitchenware, that they can give you towel, blanket and pillow. And what is absolutely unique - you see that traditional building from the inside, you get to know people from other places, you feel the atmosphere... What an experience!
