I couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family (including elderly parents) in Ayodhya. The location is an absolute gem which helped us cover everything on foot (I mean literally everything important - Ram Mandir, Hanuman Gadhi, Sita ki Rasoi, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, Railway station etc other attractions can be reached by opting for shared rick for ₹10 per person). Yes the property is still under construction as also pointed by other reviewers however you wouldn't feel a thing when you are inside. The owners are pretty candid about their current state and future plans. It is a family owned hotel and thier passion to improve hospitality for the guests and it was visible in their approach. Yes there could be certain housekeeping issues but hey which hotel doesn't have it. What I liked about them was their openess to learn and implement. When I reached the housekeeping staff were going through additional trainings and new uniforms were being introduced. The rooms were spotless and attention to details were visible. Everything was curated and selected with a fine sense of taste in mind. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and toliteries were provided (i loved the moisturizer 😉) They have big plans for future including a glass top temple view restaurant. I wish them luck and whenever I go back I will be staying with them. Noteable names : Ankit Ji - Property Manager, Pandey Ji - Housekeeping Incharge, Shreyansh and Akshat Ji - Owners. Closing note: If you want a hassle free stay in Ayodhya dtay with The Raghavas. Keep your mind open for minor issues here and there considering they are still new. Give them constructive feedback and not criticize, don't forget what you are paying now may not be the rate when the hotel is ready full-fledged 🙂. Attaching some photos clicked on my phone. Non local vehicles have certain entry timing slots - to avoid disappointment and discomfort please liaise with The Raghavas management who can help you with ground level updates.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!

ホテルは良いホテルで、近くにはあらゆるアメニティが揃っています。 しかし、サービスは非常に悪く、このホテルにこんなことは期待していませんでした。 サービスは非常に遅く、2回目の電話まで応答がありません。 チェックアウトは完了しましたが、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれる人は誰もいませんでした。5～10分後にサポート担当者を派遣すると伝えたにもかかわらず、2回目のリマインダーまでレセプションは担当者を派遣しませんでした。 朝食後、私たちが必要なことに対応してくれる人は誰もいませんでした。朝食コーナーにいた2人の女性（白シャツと赤シャツ）に少し抵抗があるように伝えても、彼らは少し抵抗していました。何度かリマインダーを送った後、必要なものを手に入れることができました。 朝食のスタッフの方々には、78歳の母の要望に迅速に対応し、母が安心して食事を選ぶことができるように配慮していただき、ありがとうございました。 食事は美味しく、朝食の選択肢も豊富です。 最初に気づいた奇妙なことは、チェックアウトのレセプションで、滞在の感想を尋ねる人が誰もいなかったことです😃  最後に、男性（赤）

素敵なホテル。広い部屋、快適なベッド。ヘアドライヤー、アイロン、冷蔵庫、ミニバーなど、必要なものはすべて揃っています。レストランの料理は美味しいですが、インド料理のみです。ヨーロッパのゲストには選択肢がありません。礼儀正しく親切なスタッフ、上手な英語を話します。長所 : 部屋からはタージマハルが直接見えます。ただし、夕方になると逆光がないので見えなくなります。タージマハルまでは車でわずか10分です。朝、夜明けを見るには、ホテルの立地が断然有利です。 リーズナブルな料金でマッサージが受けられるスパもあります。しかし、私たちはそこには行きませんでした。 短所 : 小さなプール。外に出ないほうがいいですよ。周囲は荒廃しており、非常に汚いエリアがあります。

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

このホテルは本当に気に入っています。観光スポットに近く、タージ・マハルにもとても近いです。タージ・マハル、動物園、その他のお店まで歩いて簡単に行けます。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。ホテルには無料サービスもあり、インド人の方に演奏していただきました。ホテルは様々な場所へのアクセスも良好です。最上階にはプールがあり、朝晩の美しい景色を眺めながら泳ぐことができます。

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.
