イタリアリグーリア州で、朝食のあるホテル

駅近だし、綺麗だし、言うことない。トイレの水捌けは良いし、シャワーの水圧も申し分ない。ヨーロッパのホステルにしては、部屋に広さ的な意味で余裕もあった。ベッドにUSB、Cタイプ、コンセントの3つの充電口があるのも嬉しい。何より、自分のスマホに専用アプリをダウンロードして鍵にするって最先端でびっくりした。エレベーターを動かすときだけいちいちコードを入力しなきゃいけないのが面倒くさかったけど、それ以外は充実した滞在時間だった。 ちなみにアメニティは何もない。タオルは有料だと思って借りなかったけど、このホステルのフィレンツェ支店に泊まったとき、フロントに言えば無料だよと言われたので、ジェノバもそうだったのかも🙄

Son stato ospite 4 giorni prima di partire per Mallorca , e nonostante un piccolo disguido peraltro ( non dovuto allo staff ) devo dire mi son trovato molto bene . Il personale attento ai minimi dettagli , e alla cura del cliente , stanze moderne con aria condizionata , bollitore , smart tv e tanti altri servizi . Terrazza panoramica fantastica , palestra e colazione degna di nota . Che devo dire … mi son sentito proprio coccolato Sicuramente tornerò a trovarvi !! Grazie ancora per lo splendido soggiorno.

I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and truly comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. What really sets this place apart is its location — it’s right next to a mall with plenty of restaurants, making meals and shopping incredibly convenient. Being able to park for free was another huge bonus. A great experience overall, and I’d definitely stay again!

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Very kind staff! They allowed me to check-in early, the best housekeeping, delicious breakfast, very proactive reception, well located, huge balcony and quiet most of the time. All perfect!

the parking is near the hotel, underground parking area. quite convenient.

とても広とした場所とバスルーム。私たちの部屋には、私たちがそこにいた2泊の料理をしたときに非常に有用になった基本的なキッチンがありました。スタッフはとても丁寧で親切でした。中心部に位置し、食事をする場所、スーパーマーケット、あらゆる種類の店などに非常に近い。車ですぐのところにたくさんの見どころや訪問場所があります。場所はいくつかの線路のすぐ隣にありますが、電車が通り過ぎたとき、私たちはほとんど気づかなかった。駐車場が限られています。素晴らしい場所、再び滞在します。

住所に行かないでください！駅から出るとすぐに、マクドナルドの看板の間に入り口があります。私のようにランダムな住所に行くと、固く閉まった扉に直面して戸惑うことができます。別のレビュアーを見ると重いキャリア引っ張っていって道路駅に戻ってくる生高生を... いったんホテル（？）ではなく（価格を見て）だからといって、エアビアンビーやゲストハウスでもない。朝食はすぐ近くのカフェで利用可能なクーポンを提供しています。 （写真参照、価格を見てください） 水を買って行きます。すぐ近くに「DORO」というスーパーマーケットがあります。そんなに遅くまでしないようだ。もう少しメイン通りに行く途中には24時間営業する小さなところもありました。 （行かなかったし、水くらいあるように） とにかくコスパ最高！駅ビル2階とはラッキービキじゃない？

Excellent accueil dans un bel établissement dans un lieu retiré face aux collines environnantes. Chambre confortable et bien équipée au calme et propre Parking spacieux Personnel avenant, prévenant qui fait beaucoup d’efforts pour communiquer dans notre langue, autant autour d’un petit déjeuner continental copieux et varié que lors du repas au restaurant ou au bar qui sert l’après midi à la piscine Un grand merci particulier à Fillipo ainsi qu’à sa maman.. Jeune Employé très disponible, cultivé, @ l’écoute des Clients, très très serviable et essaye au mieux de nous donner le meilleur des services et conseils concernant les lieux @ visiter et découvrir des restaurants sympathiques.. Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel est très souriante et agréable .. Jeune Employé le recommande vivement et je reviendrai avec plaisir Grazie Milles CASTELLARO Resirt Golf Hôtel Corinne et Régis

Расположение отеля хорошее, номера морально устаревшие, старая мебель, неуютная ванная комната, какая то табуретка пластмассовая вместо полочки или тумбы под раковиной, предлагаются пластиковые стаканы вместо стеклянных, одно средство в душе на все случаи жизни, в ванной нет ни одного крючка для полотенца для рук, полотенца вам складывают каждый раз на кровать, нет комфортного освещения в номере, либо все, либо ничего. Совершенно отсутствует какая либо шумоизоляция, если вы не привыкли просыпаться рано, выспаться вам не дадут соседи и хаускиперы, которые убирают соседний номер. Старые лифты, которые скрипят, кряхтят и трясутся, каждая поездка как последняя.
