Cristina was a wonderful hostess and the owners were also on premises and extremely friendly and helpful. Views are amazing! What else can I say, breakfast was lonely with one of the best espressos I have had anywhere. Rooms are clean, comfortable with good water pressure and perfect hot water. The whole team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, from helping with taxis, luggage and dinner reservations. Bottom line: my wife and I will stay here again.

Elise is the sweetest darling. She designed and organised this beautiful and convenient room with her passion. She helps so much on arranging our trip, and the room itself if also super clean and comfy. Especially the nice bed and pillow! Will definitely come back another summer.

Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ): Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well. Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area. Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay at this place! The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and professional. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Расположение в некоторой отдаленности от жд вокзала, плюс приходится подниматься на холм. Номер довольно просторный, нашелся даже набор с иголкой и нитками. Завтрак неплохой.

I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air! The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000. We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia. Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

Номера находятся на 0 по европейским меркам этаже, из-за этого очень холодный пол. Вид из окна на внутренний двор-колодец с помойкой - даже не видно, какая погода на улице. Из-за отсутствия солнца и воздуха в номере очень влажно, вещи совершенно не сохнут, из-за холода в ванной влага конденсируется прямо на стенах и на полу и стенах по всей комнате стоит слой воды. Есть окно в ванной, но за несколько дней там ни разу не было сухо. Обогреватели не работали и в сентябре при +22 на улице было холодно. Выбирала по хорошим отзывам о хозяевах, но их вообще не видели за 3 дня. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут до вокзала, но в след.раз однозначно буду искать что-то другое.

trip.comを通じて予約中に駐車スペースが必要になるというメッセージを所有者に残しました。広告は駐車場が無料であることを示しているが、敷地内に駐車できないため、宿泊施設から遠く離れた別の場所に車を移すように言われた。非常にがっかりしています。

Nice location outside ZTL. Free parking for your car. A nice walk to the train station to Cinque Terre. The stay is comfortable.
