ゲゲストまるで農場を請け負ったような気分で、大きな芝生があり、美しい景色はオルビエトから車で10分です(ただし、ZTLエリアまで車で行かないでください。そうしないと罰金が科せられる可能性があります)。部屋はヨーロッパで広く、執事やホテルのオーナーはとても熱心で、レストランやアトラクションもお勧めします。注意すべき唯一のことは、時間内にチェックインできるわけではなく(ホテルには誰かがドアを開ける必要があるドアがあるため)、来る前にホテルまたはエージェントに連絡するのが最善です。それは人を幸せにする場所です。

ゲゲストI chose the hotel because of its location almost next to the station (ca. 100m). The hotel had its best times about 20 years ago and looks quite worn. The carpet is full of stains, a lot of things need repair (shower heads, windows blinds and small applications around the entire building). The decoration and furniture is oldfashioned, dark and a bit battered. Lighting is very dim: there are a lot of lamps but with little light. The fridge had been removed from the room. The bathroom was convenient but its hairdryer was of the “oldfashioned hotel type” with barely enough power to dry hair, especially long hair.
In the corridors the wallpaper was coming offthe wall.
Breakfast was okay with a coffee machine that prepared coffee by choice but not in a good quality. No fruit, nothing fresh but heavy on sweet pastries. The interior of the breakfast room had seen better times.
Wifi didn’t work in my room, only in the public areas.
Before arriving I received an automated mail from the hotel informing about its restaurant (not existing/closed!!) and other services that never materialised. The receptionist didn’t even know about this mail.
The hotel is in need for a proper renovation.
The reception staff was friendly and multilingual.

ゲゲストスペロに非常に近い素晴らしい小さな B&B。私たちはそれを 4 泊のウンブリアを探索するための拠点として使用しました。プロパティは、城壁のすぐ外の幹線道路にあり、道路の向かいに公共駐車場があります。私たちは、銀行の休日や週末のために戻ってくるときに、駐車スペースを得ることが時難しいかもしれないことを数回見つけました。部屋は広としていて、素敵なバスルームがありましたが、残念ながら排水臭の問題があり、滞在を少し台無しにしました。私たちはほとんどの部分を修正したシャワー排水管の上にタオルを置きました。朝食は1人あたりのおいしいまたは甘いオプション、コーヒー、ジュースなどで素晴らしかったです。 5月のプールには寒すぎましたが、素晴らしい長いローマのトレイルの後、スパを使用しました。全体的に価格の良い場所です。

MMelhahnIt felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area.
The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room.
The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

AAlexandraA decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

TTomoko252素晴らしかったです。ホテルもとても綺麗で、フロントの方も優しく、バルコニーからのアッシジの眺めは本当に感動しました。朝ごはんはブュッフェ形式で選べるタイプで、クロワッサンやチーズハム、*、ヨーグルトなど、一通り揃っていてよかったです。素晴らしい巡礼の旅となりました。ありがとうございました。バスから来る方はなるべく近くのバス停で降りると坂道をたくさん歩かなくて済むので、バス停は近くで降りた方がおすすめです＾＾

NNixaSet quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. The room fixtures are early 70s and there’s nothing super fancy here, but it is a charming and relaxing stay. The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny and really needs an update. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by about 9:15am. The front patio is a relaxing space to sit and take in the pretty flower pots. Staff are lovely and this was a terrific last minute option to access Old Town Perugia.

ゲゲストWhat an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

場所は便利で、旅を続けるのは簡単です。これが清潔な基本的なホテル以上のものになるとは思わないでください。私の意見ではより良いはずです限られた朝食を期待してください。 。

HHobbyjalan2The hotel is located a stone throw away from the city center, in a short, beautiful residential street.
It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.
