His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you, Momo, for treating us with such care! We would also like to express our gratitude to the reception team, both the day and night staff, for their friendliness and exceptional service. A special shout-out to Mouhamed (Sadio Mané 😄) for his warm attitude, helpfulness, and positive energy—he made every interaction a pleasure. The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

We werden verrast door de vriendelijke ontvangst en de uitstraling/ opzet van het hotel. Nadat we onze prachtige kamer en groot balkon, heerlijk bed (we hebben uitstekend geslapen) en geen enkele last van buitengeluiden zijn we op verkenning gegaan. De restaurants verdienen qua ruimte, vriendelijkheid personeel en opzet een micheline ster. Het eten was zeer gevarieerd, ruime keuze en voor iedereenom te smullen. Daarna naar buiten. Het zwembad binnen 5 en buiten 7 sterren evenals de toegankelijkheid naar het strand. De fitness ruimte was erg uitgebreid met moderne apparatuur. Klein minpuntje was wel dat apparaten welke het niet deden, niet (snel) gemaakt werden. Ander punt van aandacht is dat je net even iets verder moet lopen om op het deel van de boulevard te komen waar de bedrijvigheid is. Samenvattend, wanneer men de prijs concurrerend weet te houden, is het zeker een plek om alleen, samen of met je gezin naar toe te gaan voor een kort of wat langer verblijf. Kortom een echte aanrader voor een korter of langer verblijf

入住15點，我們14點到的，房間一直沒收拾好，到了17:30才正式入住。房間辦理有點慢，房間潮濕有點黴味，衞生紙非常薄，隔音特別的不好，早飯種類很多。

On a passé un super séjour en couple à l’hôtel Dominium Palace. L’hôtel est d’une propreté vraiment irréprochable, c’est très agréable. Le personnel est adorable, toujours dispo et prêt à rendre service. Un gros plus pour l’accueil à la réception : des professionnels à l’écoute et plein de sympathie. On recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. On y reviendra sans hésiter !

Spacious and clean. Kettle and hob with pans,glasses and cutlery provided. All good and comfortable. However one major downside is that loud music from downstairs or nextdoor could be heard late into the night every night which made sleeping difficult. Also we found most of the nice cafés and restaurants are at the other end of the beach. We used taxis to get there. This area seemed to have more night clubs.
