MMironovaTatianaНормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь.
Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами.
Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты.
Но это на побережье в целом.

ゲゲストThis hotel has very friendly personnel. Great breakfast with fresh pancake and egg baking service. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is extremely clean. beautifull swimming pool, with a stonning view. Everywhere you see therie is a cleaner working. Close to the beach, the téléphrique,
I do have one small suggestion ; next replacement for the lights next to the bed, maybe a bit warmer light. I am not always that enthousiastic, but now I am.

匿匿名ユーザーLocation is right at the secteur touristique which was great. Had easy access to the beach as well. However, the room was constantly flooded by water from the toilet. We reported this three times already but staff just cleaned and mopped the water, not fixing the actual problem. So we ended up with a water-flooded room for the whole stay and we had to use disposable towels to try and soak the water every now and again.

ゲゲストOur experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb!
What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service.
Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view.
The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent.
The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room.
To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes.
The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable.
To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there.
Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information.
The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.
WiFi was good without issues.
The food was really tasty and had good varieties.
Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience.
Staff are really amazing and friendly.
