フィリピン東ビサヤ地方で、朝食のあるホテル

The room feels like your a VIP guest. Everything is already provided. The room has a nice scent. The hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly. When you stay in Copenhagen, it feels just like home. Will book again a stay soon!

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

ホテルは簡単に見つけられ、フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切でした。ロビーとダイニングエリアは清潔で最新設備が整っていました。朝食は美味しく、選択肢も豊富でした。ホテルはロバーソンモールの向かい側にあるので、ショッピングや食事に最適です。

全てにおいて期待をはるかに上回っていました。設備面では、タクロバンで宿泊した中で最高のホテルだと思います。部屋は広々としており、レストランの料理も美味しく、朝食も大変満足できました。スタッフは皆礼儀正しく、ホスピタリティ精神に溢れていました。 ただ一点、シーツやタオルについて気になる点がありました。清潔ではあったものの、爽やかな匂いがしませんでした。 ぜひまた利用したいホテルなので、この点については、特にクリーニングが外部委託されているのであれば、経営陣の方々にぜひ改善を検討していただきたいと思います。

場所は市場、ショッピングセンター、美しいスポットにアクセスできます。ホテルはとてもきれいで、スタッフは素晴らしく、とても親切です。食べ物は少し改善する必要があります。

場所は素晴らしいです-ロビンソンタクロバンモールのすぐ隣、また空港の比較的近く。部屋は清潔で、一人旅や一晩だけ滞在している場合に最適です。ホットシャワーが利用できます。スタッフはフレンドリーです。サービスは大丈夫です。アーリーチェックインが許可されればよかったでしょう。ほとんどの人は午後2時のチェックイン時間を待つように頼まれました。しかし、全体的に、部屋とサービスは価格で大丈夫です。

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

チェックイン時にIDを求められてパスポートを出したが、駄目だと言われ、ほかのIDが無いかしつこかった。どこのホテルでもパスポートでほとんど大丈夫でしたが、このホテルはフロントが良くなかったと思います。部屋も予約した部屋では無くシングルでした。サイトに苦情入れたら部屋を変更してもらえた。トリップコムの対応が非常に良かった
