I stay in this hotel for two nights, the hotel is very nice located near the Cornishe. the breakfast was great with lot of food types. The room must be repaired, at bathroom there is a water leakages. At night is a little bit noisy because street. The hear dryer did'nt work hot. For my opinion this isn't 4 stars hotel.

Everything is Very clean Opposite to 2 big shopping malls with all restaurants Breakfast is very rich Pool is nice

First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

الفندق ممتاز، السرير مريح والنظافة على مستوى عالٍ، والاستقبال لطيف. تجربة حلوة وأكيد أكررها مرة ثانية👏🏻😎

Location was very good. There are coffee shop, restaurant, supermarket near by. I also like service they provided

كانت رحلة لمدة يوم في غرفة ٣١١ الفندق جميل ونظيف ولكن دورة المياة تكرمون كان فيها رائحة كريهة لدرجة كلمت الاسقبال بخصوص يشوفون لها حل، جاء العامل نظف وبخ بخاخ رائحة زكية بعد عدة ساعات ارجع اشوف رائحة الحمام نفس الشيء ؛ ارجو منكم حل هذا الامر لانه يأثر على رائحة الغرفة كاملة من كثر ان رائحة دورة المياة كريهه. غير كذا عزل النوافذ ليس جيد للاسف بالأمس الجو هواء قوي وجدا بارد والنوافذ عزلها سيء لدرجة كل الهواء اللي في الخارج داخل الغرفة ( كانت نافذة غرفتي جهة شمال ) عدا عن ذلك خدمة عملاء الفندق سريعة والعمال والاستقبال مايقصرون بشيء

The bathroom was very unclean, with hair and nail clippings indicating the need for a deep cleaning. Furthermore, it lacked an exhaust fan, and the prayer mat also required washing. As for the services and price, they were great, as were the size of the room and the cooperation of the staff, whether reception or workers.
