このホテルは少し古く、それはバスルームやその他の設備の清潔さにも表れています。また、「アーリーチェックイン料金」として35ドル請求されるのも気に入りません。滞在全体に汚点を残し、ホテルのホスピタリティを損なっています。少なくとも他のホテルには、特定の特典を提供するロイヤルティプログラムやリワードプログラムがありますが、このホテルには基本的にリピーター向けの特典がなく、安っぽい金儲けのように思えます。午後4時というのはほぼ夕方で、私が滞在していた間は外は凍えるほど寒かったです。体感温度はマイナスで、道路や歩道は危険な雪の状態でしたが、部屋の準備ができたら早く入るには料金を払うべきでしょうか？私は窓のすぐ横にベッドがある小さな部屋に案内され、部屋の温度がどれだけ高くても、凍えるほど寒くて鳥肌が立ちました。断熱材が全くありませんでした。私はリラックスしてケーブルテレビを見るためにこのステイケーションを予約したのです。最初に案内された部屋にはケーブルテレビすらなく、フロントに電話してその旨を伝えたところ、担当者は「エンジニア」が修理に来ると言ったものの、1時間経っても来ませんでした。その夜、部屋が寒すぎると訴えたところ、テレビが使える別の部屋に移してもらえましたが、最初はフロントとのやり取りが大変で、あまり楽しい滞在とは言えませんでした。前の部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、フロントの方が親切で、無事に届けてくれたのはありがたかったです。ボルチモア観光には最適な立地ですが、同じくらいの値段でもっと快適なホテルもあるかもしれません。浴槽の排水が遅く、お湯もあまり熱くありませんでした。自宅のシャワーの方が水圧も良く、快適なので、家に帰るのが待ち遠しくなりました。そういう意味でも、贅沢とは言えませんでした。シャワー室には髪の毛も落ちていました。あれだけの「早めのチェックイン料金」を払って、部屋が「清潔」であることを確認するために午後4時以降まで待たされたのに、私の部屋はホテルの基準をかろうじて満たしている程度だった。掛け布団も汚れていて、全く良い印象は受けなかった。

It was clean. We slept well. Service was nice however amenities were disappointing. I chose based on photos but the pool was full of green goo and there was no pool table as pictured!  Breakfast was good except no eggs and you had to ask for a yogurt!  When asking for a second we were told, “no mas”!

これは、翌朝8時までに短い一晩の滞在でした。私はこれを2つ星ホテルとして評価しています。 イベントのためにカルトクラシック醸造所を訪れたので、私にとっての場所は完璧でした。とても便利でした。ホテルは忙しくありませんでしたが、チェックインとチェックアウトは効率的でした。フロントデスクは快適で、私が持っていた質問をすべて満たしました。 2階の部屋は静かでとても新しい外観でした。これは「新しい」モーテルだと思います。中はとても新鮮でした。すべての部屋のアメニティが機能したり、彼らがすべきことをしたりしました。モーテルの部屋にはコンセント、USBポート、機能しないランプなど...でも、私は何も当たり前のこととは思いません。私たちの部屋ではすべてが完璧でした。これは喜びでした!!!このモーテルはHWY50の近くに座っていますが、今年のこの時期には道路の騒音はまったく聞こえませんでした。 私が私たちのイベントのために言ったように場所は便利でした、そして素晴らしいレストランが通りの真向かいにあったのでさらにそうでした。 100フィート歩くと、それはたくさんだったので、車を動かす必要はありません。モーテルの正面は西向き(後方から東向き)なので夕日の部分があり、一般的に水にとても近い雰囲気です。通りの向かいにはケント ナローズのクリスマス ツリー展示とフィッシャーマンのモニュメントもありました。そのため、車に乗る必要がないと見るのが楽しいアイテムです。 モーテルでの朝の朝食が含まれ、私たちが期待していたすべての標準的な朝食料金が含まれていました。忙しくはありませんが、あなたが望むように、きちんと整然と提供されました。 すべて、ホテルはこの短い、ボルチモアエリアから素敵な休暇旅行に追加されました。

I will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

Friendly staff, very nice pool area, nice coffee shop, nice breakfast restaurant (pricey, got wrong order like others that day), nice bar areas, nice patio and live music, nice tiki area and lawn sitting area, right on the beach, multi-story garage, several elevators, nice gift shop (could use more merchandise ), great valet service, great pass-thru entrance off street, near many shops, bars, eateries, friendly and quick front desk staff, rooms were great (like home) with full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove top, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, two flat screen TVs, door to separate sleeping area from living area, foldout couch, two chair dining table, power outlets for devices, a/c great, balconies were nice and great views, spa and massage downstairs, nice workout room, wifi and internet good, bath has hair dryer and shampoo conditioner body wash and large mirror with lighting settings, in room safe, laundry area available, . Could use local papers of events, eateries, amusements and available coupons, more vending machines needed, pool needed to be cleaner (many guests in there), can be a bit noisy at times both from inner hallway and from balcony near pool.

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Overall satisfied. The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market. The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working. Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day. The bar was closed for lunch during my stay. They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests. The gym was well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience. I would consider and return.

When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

部屋は清潔で設備は古いですが、使いやすいです。バスルームのお湯は少し遅いです。レストランには軽食があり、朝食、昼食、夕食を一時的に解決できます。スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルです。レストランのスタッフはとても親切です。
