イギリスランカシャーで、ジムのあるホテル

私たちは一晩滞在しました - レイトチェックインとチェックアウト。スタッフはとても気が利いていて、親切でした。我が家には4歳と5ヶ月の子供が2人います。私たちはかなり遅く到着したため、夕食のレストランの最後のテーブルと朝食に参加する最後のテーブルでした。しかし、スタッフは私たちが必要なものをすべて持っていることを確認し、私たちを助けるために最善を尽くしてくれました。印象的なサービスと快適な滞在。次回ランカスターを訪れるときは、必ずこのホテルに戻ってきます。

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

We had two rooms booked. 1 room was with elederly parents! The room given was a fair walk and was quite far from the reception area with no assistance only verbal directions. It would've been nice to have had some assistance from staff. When we got to the room the sink plughole was blocked so I rang reception to get it fixed, didn't happen! Questioned reception duty staff and he lied and he said he had it fixed by maintenance when no one even came to look at it! This isn't the service we expected from ‘Mercure’ standard. Leaning over the bath to brush our teeth and everytime we needed to wash our hands after using the toilet we had to use the bathtub. Not sure I read anywhere but to use the swimming facilities the adults have to pay £10 fee. Other than that the hotel is near local shops/motorway as well.

立地は最高ですが、それ以外はすべてかなり古くて傷んでいます。サービスもひどく、部屋にはタオルも水筒もありませんでした。尋ねると、タオルは受付でもらう「ことになっている」と言われました。しかも、水筒は冷蔵庫付きの部屋にしか置いていないとのこと。水筒を買うことも勧められませんでした。水筒を持っていないことに気づいたのはかなり遅く、幸いにも5分ほど歩いたところにCo-opがあり、閉店間近だったので、そこで買うしかありませんでした。 部屋からは部分的に海が見えます。しかし、ベッドは少し動くだけでもうるさく、きしんでいました。その他の家具はすべて古く、ベッドサイドに充電コンセントやコンセントがありませんでした。 ホテル前のビーチは静かなので、立地が悪ければ、二度と泊まることは考えなかったでしょう。 唯一良かったのはプールです。とても清潔でしたが、更衣室はもっと良くてもよかったと思います。 以前Trip.comで予約したことがあるので、インターネットや第三者の予約とは関係ないのは分かっています。ただとても古いホテルです。それに、写真もかなり見落としていました。

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed. We checked in slightly early, reception staff were very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We had Lodge 248, the location was perfect , right beside the water and close enough to the Watersport centre . The lodge was immaculate , the beds were huge and comfortable , the showers were super powerful, the terrace was good to sit outside and watch all the action on the Lake. We only stayed for one night as we were travelling home , however we will definitely return again for a few nights to relax and chill out. We were a family of 5, non complaints at all.

今回は家が以前ほど良くありませんでした。今回は小さすぎて、地下1階に2回住んでいました。 朝食はOK、標準的なイングリッシュブレックファースト サービスもOK、プールは良い

Stayed one night for business. The room was an adapted room so plenty of space. The bed and pillows however I found to be very uncomfortable, one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a long time Reception/bar staff are very helpful, cleanliness is on point all throughout the hotel

The staff in the hotel are the best I’ve ever come across . I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in the uk and the staff aren’t very better than any other I’ve been in . Please open one in Sheffield then we can ditch leonardos. Nice touch with the duck and pack of biscuits
