イギリスマージーサイドで、ジムのあるホテル

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフは親切で、立地も良いです。しかし、宿泊客が他の場所で駐車料金を支払わなくても済むように、専用の駐車場があればもっと良いと思います。

On arrival we were dismayed to learn that a permanent wedding marquee was erected in the internal courtyard, adjacent to our ground floor room. Although the music finished at midnight as promised by the receptionist, it was very loud and there was no chance of sleep before then. The room was not well maintained. The curtains were motheaten and the bathroom was a disgrace, with failed mastic around the cistern top, corrosion to the towel rail, cracks in the sink, blackened (with age) plughole and a detached plug with the separately detached plug chain left to lie on the shelf. There were several teas available e.g. green, Earl Gray but only one breakfast tea bag between the two of us. There was only one water glass. Whilst the bar staff (who also took orders for food, the restaurant being closed) were by and large courteous and pleasant, they were inefficient. The overall impression was that the premises lacked active management.

Stunning hotel, great location and excellent staff. Rooms can get a little dark, not so great for applying make up but amazing for sleeping. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

This was my third visit to the Radisson RED Liverpool. On previous occasions I’ve stayed with my partner and for business, but this time I was visiting with my 13-year-old daughter for a shopping trip and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. Everything is consistently good at this hotel, which is one of the reasons I’ve happily returned several times. The location is excellent and particularly convenient for exploring the city, shopping and getting around Liverpool. The hotel itself is stylish, modern and quirky with plenty of character. It has a really distinctive feel compared with many of the more generic hotel chains and the design manages to feel fun and contemporary without compromising on comfort. Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard with a good selection and everything we tried being of a good quality. There was nothing particularly groundbreaking about it but it was consistently good and set us up well for a busy day in the city. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the menu in the brasserie. The choice is quite limited and in my opinion, a little standard. Given how stylish and individual the hotel feels, I think the restaurant menu could be a little more imaginative and offer a wider variety of dishes. Overall, though, another great stay at the Radisson RED. The consistently high standard, excellent location and stylish surroundings mean I would happily return again, whether for business, a weekend away with a partner or another trip to Liverpool with my daughter.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

しかし、次の点が気になりました。 1. シャワーの水量調節に問題がありました。 2. バスルームの蛇口から水が出ませんでした。 3. テレビはベッドから見づらい位置にあり、他に選択肢がありませんでした。 4. 石鹸とスポンジがないため、食器を洗うことができません。 5. 6階で洗濯をすると、乾燥機が1台故障し、乾燥機の水を排出する蛇口もありませんでした。 6. 窓の防音効果がありませんでした。 7. ホテルの受付のフィリピン人マリアンさんは素晴らしかったですが、他の受付係も同様でした。 8. 私たちが出会った他のスタッフはとても親切でした。 9. また利用したいと思います。これらの小さな欠点が改善されていることを願っています。 ザミ・ベン・チョリン 606号室

as always a lovely stay ..  rooms /beds so comfy and staff so helpful just a shame the spa was out of action but something to look forward to for our next visit

オープンしたばかりなので行ってきました。部屋はとても広くて清潔です。リバプール行きのバスならユニバーシティ駅を選んでください。電車で行くと、最寄りの駅はライムストリート駅です（その日は雨が降っていたので、私はウーバーを使いました。5ポンド）チャイナタウンまでは約8〜9ポンドです。アンフィールドスタジアムからは雨が降らなければ、試合を観た後歩いて帰ることができます（タクシーだと時間がかかるので）、ホテルの朝食は洋食でかなり豊富です〜小さな観光客もいますフロントにある地図

The spa was the best we’ve ever been too , bath was lovely and deep , hotel room was spotless , lovely coffee in room , staff were great , especially the lady on reception didn’t catch her name but you could tell she was happy in her job , it was like checking into Disneyland she was that happy , Would definitely stay again :)
