イギリスマージーサイドで、ジムのあるホテル

オンライン チェックインを利用したにもかかわらず、チェックインはひどいもので、長い列ができていました。各顧客が市税を支払い、すべての詳細をコンピューターに入力し、別の部屋で無駄な A4 用紙を印刷し、ドアの鍵と一緒に提示されてホチキス止めされるまで 30 分も待たされました。待っている間、ホテルに宿泊している息子についてスタッフにわめき散らす女性がいました。彼女は息子が部屋でクソをすることを許可されていると言いました。彼女は外に連れ出されました。動いているエレベーターは 5 階にあり、歩行が困難な私には面倒でした。エレベーターはクソの臭いがしました。ホテルは不幸にしてホームレスになってしまった多くの人々を受け入れているようでした。部屋は時代遅れで、カーペットにはアイロンの焦げ跡がたくさんありました。ベッドは素晴らしく快適で、リネンは清潔でした。バスルームのタイルは石鹸の流出と油っぽい手形で汚れていました。バスルームの天井はカビだらけでした。バスルームは緊急に改修と徹底的な清掃が必要です。バスルームは経年劣化で黄ばんでおり、まるで最初から設置されたかのようでした。部屋の紅茶とコーヒーの設備は十分でしたが、コーヒーと紅茶のティーバッグの容器は非常に汚れていて、一度も洗い流されていないようでした。カーテンにはタバコの焦げ跡とシミがありました。全体的に本当にがっかりしました。20年ほど前に宿泊したことがあり、ここはシャンデリアと階下の豪華な装飾が施された美しいホテルです。ここはスタッフが少なく、清潔さも最低限で、最近改装された様子もなく、放置され、荒廃しているように感じました。

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Room was really clean, although the glass top furniture gathers a lot of dust straight away. There was someone else’s clothes in the cupboard which was a little weird, clearly been left and not checked by housekeeping. Bathroom was nice and clean. Polite staff and easy check in.

ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、駅からは徒歩約10分です。喧騒から離れて静かなひとときを過ごせます。階下には様々なレストランがあり、自炊をされる方には大小様々なスーパーマーケットもございますので、大変便利です。私の部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機が備わっていました。部屋は清潔で匂いもなく、スタッフの方が毎日ゴミを片付けに来てくれました。調理器具は少し使い古していて、ノンスティックコーティングも剥がれてきたので交換時期だと思いますが、その他の設備は問題なく機能しています。

Great location, very clean fabulous building.  My only thing concerned me is that it seemed anyone can just walk in and enter lifts to the rooms.  Security was tighter on an evening but still non one seemed to worry who was just walking in.  Other than that the walls seemed very thin so could hear others chatting etc.   But good size rooms clean location great - perfect for the one night we needed.

Firstly upon arrival staff friendly with a smile , did not get a name of the lady on reception ( sorry) but was welcoming and so polite towards my daughter and myself. I arrived earlier than check in , was offered luggage storage given a ticket and kept until arrived back to check in at 15:00. Had to pay a £2.40 room tax which I did not think was bad . The room was brilliant for us my only fault which couldn’t be helped was the room faced a car park which was noisy until midnight and home bargains which of course it was delivery day so early rise 05:30 for me as light sleeper. But overall can not fault the hotel . Will stay again. Easy access to Liverpool town centre 5 minute walk across road , and Liverpool central train station literally up the road.

オープンしたばかりなので行ってきました。部屋はとても広くて清潔です。リバプール行きのバスならユニバーシティ駅を選んでください。電車で行くと、最寄りの駅はライムストリート駅です（その日は雨が降っていたので、私はウーバーを使いました。5ポンド）チャイナタウンまでは約8〜9ポンドです。アンフィールドスタジアムからは雨が降らなければ、試合を観た後歩いて帰ることができます（タクシーだと時間がかかるので）、ホテルの朝食は洋食でかなり豊富です〜小さな観光客もいますフロントにある地図

The hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

駅や地下鉄の駅にとても便利な場所にあり、アパートメントホテルの1ベッドルームと1リビングエリアは通常のホテルよりもはるかに広く、教室には大きなソファがあります。ダブルベッドとして使えます。朝4:30に起きる夫の騒音を気にする必要はありません。オーブン、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、カプセルコーヒーが備わっています。ホテルから歩いて5分のところにテスコがあってとても便利で、オーブンで焼いたマカロニ、チップス、サラダなどを買って、自分のキッチンで作って食費を50ポンド節約できました。

Great location for the theatre and right in the centre of things. Loved the valet parking too which saved time fighting the parking apps - £20 per stray. Immaculate hotel, great furnishings and everything you could possibly need for a great breakfast. All the staff are super friendly and professional - I highly recommend this hotel.
