イギリスマージーサイドで、ジムのあるホテル

ホテルは清潔で、スタッフは親切で、立地も良いです。しかし、宿泊客が他の場所で駐車料金を支払わなくても済むように、専用の駐車場があればもっと良いと思います。

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

Stunning hotel, great location and excellent staff. Rooms can get a little dark, not so great for applying make up but amazing for sleeping. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

受付のスタッフがすぐに出迎え、チェックインしてくれました。明るくて素敵な受付でした。受付ではスナックやドリンクを販売しています。 広々とした部屋で、清潔で設備も整っています。最上階の 6 階に部屋がありました。ベッドルームにはヘアドライヤー、アイロン、アイロン台、ケトルがあります。 シャワーの水圧は中程度で、スプレーヘッドは細くなっています。水は暖かくて気持ちよかったです。 ベッドと枕 2 つは清潔で快適でした。 午前 6 時頃、外か上からのハミング音で目が覚め、再び眠ることができませんでした。 朝食は混沌としていて、案内するスタッフはいませんでした。朝食をとる人の数に対してテーブルがあまりありません。セルフサービスで食事を取る前にテーブルを確保してください。食べ物はすぐに補充されました。残念ながらカトラリーは補充されておらず、スタッフは少しプレッシャーを感じていました。朝食はあまり良い経験ではありませんでした。 朝食の人数が多かったため、エレベーターの待ち行列が予想よりも長かったです。 フィットネスルームはありますが、利用しませんでした。 チェックアウトは迅速でした。 1泊か2泊のシンプルな宿泊先を探している人にはお勧めです。

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、駅からは徒歩約10分です。喧騒から離れて静かなひとときを過ごせます。階下には様々なレストランがあり、自炊をされる方には大小様々なスーパーマーケットもございますので、大変便利です。私の部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機が備わっていました。部屋は清潔で匂いもなく、スタッフの方が毎日ゴミを片付けに来てくれました。調理器具は少し使い古していて、ノンスティックコーティングも剥がれてきたので交換時期だと思いますが、その他の設備は問題なく機能しています。

私は光、騒音、温度に敏感なかなり特別な一人旅なので、快適さは私にとって非常に重要です。ルームG02のホープストリートホテルでの2泊の滞在は、楽しいものでした。本物のマニュアルキー、広としたレイアウト、木製の床が、居心地の良い家庭的な雰囲気を作り出しています。 ハイライトは間違いなく、お祭りに照らされたホープストリートの景色を望むスタンドアップバスでした。リラックスして世界が通り過ぎるのを見るのは、スパの予約を喜んでキャンセルするほどのおもてなしでした。最初は中心部がうるさいのではないかと心配していましたが、ぐっすり眠りました。 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ヒント: •照明が非常に最小限であるため、バッテリー駆動のティーライトをいくつか持参すると、バスルームが居心地が良くなります。 •枕は豪華ですが、柔らかい側でした。より堅いサポートを好む場合は、小さなメモリフォーム枕を詰める価値があります。 •夜は寒さを感じることができるので、加熱を26度まですると快適になります。

オープンしたばかりなので行ってきました。部屋はとても広くて清潔です。リバプール行きのバスならユニバーシティ駅を選んでください。電車で行くと、最寄りの駅はライムストリート駅です（その日は雨が降っていたので、私はウーバーを使いました。5ポンド）チャイナタウンまでは約8〜9ポンドです。アンフィールドスタジアムからは雨が降らなければ、試合を観た後歩いて帰ることができます（タクシーだと時間がかかるので）、ホテルの朝食は洋食でかなり豊富です〜小さな観光客もいますフロントにある地図

It's a fabulous hotel and we've stayed many times but this time, in the cold weather, the hotel bar was so cold you had to wear a duvet coat and the bedroom was also very chilly. It wasn't just us , many guests were affected. I just felt the hotel lacked concern. They could have hired an industrial heater to keep the bar warm (the air curtain over the lobby doors seemed to have failed) but there was a complete lack of action. The poor receptionists were very cold and were using muffs to keep their hands warm. You'd think they'd give out free hot drinks or some kind of reward for the inconvenience but no, arrogance prevailed and the guests had to make the best of it. Not what you expect in a 4 Star hotel. I hope the management listen to these criticisms and apologise to all their guests that were staying . Come on Titanic, you can do better than this. I'll be back in 3 weeks to check, so fingers crossed.

Totally enjoyed our stay! The room, the service - everything was perfect. Breakfast was a-la carte with a small buffet. Lovely terrace on the rooftop.
