Perfect beautiful clean comfortable place to stay. Good gym. New very clean. Great breakfast. Really good service. Shame no swimming pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel, good facilities. Only downside was that the room was uncomfortably warm. Apparently this is a common problem in many rooms. Fans are provided but not very effective.

素敵なホテル、ショッピングセンターから数分なので、場所は素晴らしいです。私と夫は週末に来ました、そして私たちは私たちが店まで歩いて行けるのが大好きでした。 kfcとマクドナルドも数分です。部屋自体は素晴らしく、通常のもの、アイロン、紅茶、コーヒーなどがありました。バスタブは非常に小さく、プラスサイズの場合、お風呂に横になるのに苦労しますが、大きな問題ではありません。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、到着時にクッキーも与えられ、チェックアウトの無料の1時間の追加時間(残りの時間に20ポンドを支払った)を親切にくれました。全体的に素敵なホテル。

Great hotel, friendly staff that go above and beyond! Rooms of decent standard, however some minor gripes, bed sheets intitially had a small stain and some hairs. The wooden sliding shutters would not close fully causing sunlight to come through early morning. The downstair rooms are joined by locked doors (assuming if booked for families) which allows noise from next door easily. Reasturant was decent food but a little overpriced for the quality. Overall decent stay if a little overpriced.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

Location wise is remarkable - short distance to train station and right behind the mall and market. Room was very clean and tidy with a view. Overall, I would definitely recommend and even book myself again in the future!

Staff really friendly & helpful. Room quiet, as requested. Room clean. Bathroom smelled of damp but no physical evidence. Only issue was one thin pillow each. Asked for extras but told there was a shortage due to people stealing them so added onto a list. No extra pillows provided. Staff apologised for this at check out

すべての通常の設備を備えた清潔で快適な部屋。素敵なスパとプール - 私が使わなかったジムもあります。チェックイン時に誰かに会っただけで、サービスについて本当にコメントすることはできませんが、彼女はとても快適でした。レストランですが、そこで食事をしませんでした。翌日ロンドンに旅行するのに良い場所です。 マイナーな問題:バスタオルは少し小さくて薄いです(そして私は大きな女性ではありません!)

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.
