Hallo, das Hotel war sehr sauber und auch neu renoviert. Die Lage war sehr gut. Das einzige, was mich gestört hat, war das Frühstück. Das Frühstück war nicht qualitativ Cappuccino gab’s aus der Maschine. Obwohl ich in Italien war und die Croissants und die Wurst waren, waren nicht sehr appetitlich. Wir haben auch von unseren zwei Tagen nur einmal gefrühstückt und das zweite Maß sind wir auswärts essen gegangen. Ich musste in ein anderes Hotel nebenan laufen, um überhaupt ans Frühstück zu kommen und ich musste meinen Schlüssel abgeben, wenn ich den Parkplatz benutzen wollte.
Albergo facile da raggiungere. Personale molto gentile a partire dalle hall al servizio della colazione, tutti cordiali e sorridenti. Pulizia impeccabile nella camera. La camera ampia e funzionale con un bagno bello, sopratutto la doccia con i getti differenziati. Colazione ottima con amissima scelta sia del salato che del dolce, cappuccino e caffè fatti al momento dal personale. L albero è in una posizione strategica sia per fare un giro a cattolica sia per andare al circuito. Spiaggia a noi non piace .
Ottimo Hotel moderno, ideale per muoversi a Parma e viaggi di busieness. Ho soggiornato per un evento/convegno al Palaverdi di Parma, la posizione era perfetta anche per muoversi velocemente in auto per la città e raggiungere comodamente il centro.
Le camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Ambienti ben arredati e moderni. Ottimo il servizio e la colazione, unico neo l'orario un po' limitante, chiudere la colazione alle 9.30 ritengo che sia troppo presto per un hotel.
Ho avuto modo di usufruire anche della palestra, piccola ma attrezzata, purtroppo la spa non era disponibile durante il mio soggiorno.
Consiglierei solo di prolungare l'orario colazioni.

The room is okay for 2 but may get space constraints if you have too many luggages. The bathroom shower area is a challenge.
Breakfast spread is good.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too
FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .

The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.
